I think they took off this show because they couldnt make new episodes. Since everyone has grown up and Tj isnt a kid anymore..... So They replaced it with stupid stuff like Hannah Montana I think alot more younger kids are watching Family and they all rather Selena Gomez and Miley Cyrus. Which is why they lost all of there more mature viewers.

The reason why shows talked about adult stuff even though they were on kids channels is because the shows were directed to all audiences. With the introduction of Lizzie McGuire, which became a big sensation, a new target audience became the focus; preteens (10-12).
