  • This beauitful song came out around a special time in my life so it has personal meaning to me and always brings a tear when I hear it, I know I will never forget it!!!

  • I love you Carry. Amazing...

  • I LOVE DIZ SONGS..

  • 2 Peoplee Needd Somee Serious Slappinn' For DisLikingg This.!

  • the lyrics of this song tell me how cruel capitalism is, because the woman in the song has to leave her family in order to work for money. she's got a job with which she cannot afford to visit her family.

    fucking capitalism!

  • @yutuboslaven hahah and you can thank capitalism for your ability to make this asinine comment

  • @kennedyt

    capitalism destroys families, as

    - you have to leave your family in order to earn money,

    - or you have to work so much that you don't get to see your children on a regular basis, so they get alienated

capitalism breeds a society of assholes, as

    - everybody has to take care of himself in order to have a positive cash flow position

    - people with sympathy don't survive

    - you don't marry out of love, but because someone has money or assets

do and suck koch brothers' dicks

  • @yutuboslaven so what?

I'm assuming you're a proponent of socialism/communism- these two alternatives breed a society without an incentive for progress and a corrupt government.

Capitalism creates markets for art and medical advances. Capitalism is the only sustainable system that the world has ever seen fit to employ.

We could go back and forth all day but I have history on my side.

And your comment about marriage? Sounds like you're jaded by the loss of a high school crush.

"...Capitalism creates markets for art and medical advances...." maybe the system we had under Lincoln (sovereign money and dirigisme) and FDR (dirigisme) but the current system is leading to the collapse of our "civilization". you're still living inside the box of left-right paradigm.

  • @yutuboslaven I'm living in a functional system. If it's the "left-right paradigm" I don't care- if it works I have no problem in. A fundamental shift to socialism would destroy America. On some level it is "more fair" I'll grant you that but the outcome equality that socialists pride themselves on is a self destructive system. It doesn't jive with human nature- simple as that

  • @kennedyt

You're living in a "functional" bubble economy which pops cyclically. All of you are about to get fucked real hard by the system. Get yourself a gun and a lot of ammo. Once the dollar becomes worthless you can shovel your system up your delusional ass.

  • @yutuboslaven It's not perfect and yes it "pops" every 20-30 years but it's the best there is. And I think that's what hurts you the most and drives you to these little paroxysms of bitterness. Seriously- suggest and alternative. And I don't mean changing the semantics of health care legislation or something like that I mean an over-arching comprehensive theory.

And if you wouldn't mind post it to my page- I hate associating carrie underwood with communism

  • @kennedyt Alternative?

Here it is. Silvio Gesell or "Das Wunder von Wörgl". Once you enter into hyperinflation your communites (I suppose you are a redneck south central republcan) better can hedge together with the monetary system of Silvio Gesell in order to save the farmers and manual craft (It better than the bible, as it works).

p.s. I am not a communist or socialist or capitalist, as they all dance to the same music (monetary system or rules with determine money).

  • @yutuboslaven yikes those are some bold assumptions. I live in the suburbs of Philadelphia when I'm not being educated at my state-funded university. I have no axe to grind in this argument I am simply a realist and a pragmatist. I hate that you referenced a book- I'm clearly never going to read it but I will look up this Silvio character I'm assuming he writes about economics in between porn films. Let me give you a name Edmund Burke- couple it with Adam Smith (real A.S.) and you've got me

  • @kennedyt

    Adam Smith???!!!

You are a traitor of the USA. Adam Smith and Malthus are the philosophers of our biggest enemy i.e. the British Empire. They still rule the world with their religion called free market. USA is the hostage of the British rule since FED has been established. USA has become great only for the system we had under Lincoln (Protectionism and a national central bank with the sovereign money). Lincoln hated the Empire and Adam Smith.

  • @yutuboslaven if nothing else I admire your fervor. Yes he is a stereotypical brit and is best known for his laissez-faire market driven by the "invisible hand" but he also had other ideas- such as the (limited) responsibility of the government for the poor, a proper way to finance a public school system, and a new approach the ownership of property. To say the USA is the hostage of England is laughable. England is a decadent bunch of old landed gentry wisely refusing the euro.
