He should have seen her, it's about perspective. When you're looking at her from the angle were seeing her in the video. She blends in nicely but the ninja has a different perspective. He was seeing her from the side. There is no way she could blend in from that direction. She'd stick out like a sour thumb unless she was 2d in real-life or the ninja was blind.

They sent the Geisha to do the sneak mission and not the ninja, so the ninja got mad and went to try to assassinate the target so he can prove his loyalty, but when he went there the Geisha saw him and hid then killed the ninja...... or either the Geisha was the ninja's ex.

You know what makes the Geisha so scary in this game? The fact her emotion never changes, her movement is fluid and not even trying to run or anything. Its like its just a every day thing. This one itself is terrifying that she just blend into the background like she was waiting for him.
