1) If civil soceity would have allowed him then other parties would have taken advantage and twisted the issue.
2) Move over anna's movement was immpromto event and they did not have total control on what is happening.
3) Anna did apologize that people did not allow Swamy, Uma Bharati etc to even seat in front.
