All public offices now are being held in a corporate capacity. They all work for the US Corporation [28 USC, 3002 (15)]. Rules of Civil Proc. 2, phases out the difference between the terms legal and lawful. Lawful pertains to maxims of law, and remedy in "law and equity." "Legal" refers to pseudo law, (i.e. "legal" fiction) essentially replacing lawful rights. Legal means someone can change your rights, lawful means you have una"lien"able rights, (i.e. non transferable).
