  • this is great plane man...awesome review

  • @88UTUBENAZI88 Glad to hear that you like the review.

  • Hey Tony.... I hope you realize that you have the absolute BEST job in the world!

  • @bluedogtwo :)

  • hi, i would like to ask you about the"throws of aileon, elevator, rudder, flaps n C of G " of the plane, namely "FMS Zero A6M3, 1400mm". Thanks Tom

  • Very well done video! It answers a lot of questions I didn't even think of asking.

  • Very nice video. I just ordered one.

    Thanks for your review

  • Hey tony, it is christmas soon, and I have written this on the top of my wish list. I have had two planes before, a glider and a 3d hawk. Do you think i should get one of these or will it just gonna be to hard for me to handle? Please answer.

  • @Dagfinn0702 If you can handle a 3D plane, fly it and land it with no mishaps this should be a piece of cake. It's harder to fly than your glider but much easier than a 3D plane.

  • acctualty mate the zero did have lights in the wingtips most planes did

  • I think that is an A6M5a as it is painted in Army green and has a bigger cowling.

  • cool beens

  • Tony , what happened , where is the Zero , why you dont have it in stock ???

I will not buy any thing till you get this beast in stock , and i mean it .

    Reza

  • Been waiting sooooo long for the A6M. Can not wait. Definately cleaning up a space in my hangar

  • Ich bin japaner. Why does an American youth like ZERO???

  • Is that an American pilot???

  • Its on the website now

  • whens the production model coming out?

  • Wow that's a very cool plain I love that it's retractable.

  • Wow... want!

  • I bet it didnt go to plan, so you had to cut out the landing and just grab a new plane ;P

  • Tony, can we get OrangeRX with Futaba compatibility soon?

  • soo cool! u guys finally improved the wings from flexing, cant wait tho get one!

  • Great ! Just when I thought I had enough planes have to buy another one !

    Nice job Airfield ! ;-)

  • Tony....your killing me bro, please give an eta already! :-p

  • @dirtnapper73 ETA will be announced in "This week in R/C"

  • @nitroplanes That wasn't an ETA lol, but its OK. I need to practice patients anyway. Keep up the great work tony, love NP's planes. Especially the new Dynams rolling out.

  • @nitroplanes when is the zero coming back in stock?

  • @nitroplanes so nice

    :D

  • I love the new 1400 mm ZERO plane looks Grate !!!!

  • Damn, that's a nice plane. I wish my nitro plane will ever fly... I have a Trainer with 1.6m of wing, very big, but the engine stops while flying, haven't used it 4 2 or 3 years already :(

  • when???!!! im checking every day here!!! Im trying not to spend all my money before the date and its not going well...can i pre-order ?

  • If u can't drop the bomb by servo can u make the plane dive so the bomb will slide out?

  • Aah oh well i talk too much

  • could you tell us what version it is?

  • haha i hear ya about the wind living at the beach my heli's are all over the place, maybe its time.....

  • When it will be available

  • I think I might get it in December

  • cool looking warbird.

  • Looks awesome... really like the retracts & the slow down flap action...

  • Very Sharp Looking Zero.... When is to be available?

  • To get the bomb off:

    1. Climb very high

    2. Dive in very steep

    3. at the end of your dive jerk back on the elevator and it will come off

  • @forcedejection That would work on some versions of the P51 but looking at this vid, it appears the bomb slides onto a mount front to back rather than held by a magnet.

If that's the case, all you would succeed in pulling off may be the wings!

  • Looks GREAT , MrVideogill's right . Airfield look to have refined this range very nicely.Time for a FW 190A version.PLEASE.No one does one in this size with this high level of completion/finish.Very nice.

  • Hey Tony...get Jeff to do a build video...he´s the best!

  • I really want one. There are so many P-51's its about time we got some compitition.

  • All I have to say tony is that I want one.

  • very nice

  • WOW

  • Nice plane

  • where is the landing?

    nice plane......

  • Comment removed

  • Looks great. Not too many Zeros around that fly well and are a decent size! Most of the Zero foamies are too small. Hopefully this one can ship to Canada as I have the FMS P-51 57 inch and the FMS Bf-109 55 inch

  • no landing???

  • When is it released in Australia and how much ? Awesome plane :)

  • lol the Zero had nav lights like most aircraft did at the time...

  • Hey Tony can I get my Tshirt back? ;) great vid! Think I found my next warbird! Love u Nitrogirlz!

  • too many choices! i want to buy a new rc plane and iv fallen in love with the bf 109 but i like this new zero as well could anyone give me any tips for the better one cause im new to this type of thing iv got lots of expierience with the e-flite apprentice and its time to level up.

great vids tony! keep up the good work!

  • when does this one come out i want it and where did you get that TX RX

  • Hi Tony,

Could you make another video of this zero. I'd like to see a construction video, and a video of how this plane lands, with and or without flaps.

    Thanks

  • i like your reviews the best Tony

  • Outstanding job Tony!!

  • That looks like an A6M5 a or b Not the c I did not read every post if this was mentioned before. If it comes in a RTF version, could everything be added. Not like 100% RTF but you have to pay $60 more for the wall charger. Just a simple request.

    Nice review and thanks.

  • Finally, a Zero! I purchased one of the new version big Mustangs a while back. If the Zero flys as well as the Mustang, that will be great. An AT6 Texan would be a nice addition too .Nice work,

  • looks awesome, love all the details on it and seems to fly very nice too, glad they finaly decided to build a zero, the only thing i dont like to much about this plane is the retracts, they look great specially with the geardoors and all but the gear seems to have almost no forward rake so for all the zero fans with graslandingstrips this will be a no go (sad) , unless they change the retracts...still- a nice bird

  • Another winner! Awesome!

  • Nice plane!!!.....I like the way it flies....I will own one..

  • AWESOME!!! that looks like a very nice new addition to the line up :)

hey tony when you do the reviews too could you please show us what control throws you are using for that flight.

    thanks!

  • What an incredible model! Big time attantion to scale and details. Love the slowed servos on the retracts, doors and flaps! Sequencer for the doors and gear is amazing! This is one top shelf looking plane! Can't wait.

  • Hi what is that TX model.

  • Nice Tony the Scale Zero looks very well built with nice retracts and smooth flaps

  • nice scale look ,they all look better and fly better in the 1400 version

  • it is a mitsubishi a6m zero

  • Prefect to t chase with a Corsair...

  • You have one of the best jobs ever

  • its a little bit early but

    DEAR, santa.....

  • Nice looking plane

  • Oh ya I want one too! The Zero is awesome! Gotta make the bomb work though!

  • I would be great to have optional floats for this as in a6m Rufe!

  • I know what my next plane is going to be. LOL I have the 1430mm Corsair, and LOVE it. I love ALL the Airfield/FMS Warbirds and want them all, but this one is towards the top of my list. I like the lights even if it isn't scale. Nothing wrong with improvements in my book.

One thing I wish they did was put in a UBEC for another 10 bucks and at least a 70Amp ESC. The rest is GREAT!!!!!!

  • can you drop the bomb on it?

  • Looks great! I'm looking forward to this one and the Hellcat.

  • Very nice plane alltogether, with its retracts, flaps, correct spinner. I think its great that someone is willing to build an axis power fighter plane, there should be more! no more kit bashing. Iam waiting for Airfield to build a large scale f4 Phantom with twin 70mm or 80mm, maybe 60inch lenght, scale wings and retracts // KEEP EM COMMING AIRFIELD!!!! GREAT JOB NITROPLANES!!

  • Where is the landing footage?

  • Nice plane! I love all the 1400mm warbirds from Nitroplanes!

  • The smoothest flight I have ever seen.

  • I don't think the rising sun insignia is correct???

  • that's a beautiful bird!

  • Where are you flying that plane? I live in Southern California and I am dying to find a nice large field area to fly my plane

  • Sweet Zero!!! Nitroplanes is getting better and better...I want one!!!!

  • That is a torpedo dude not a bomb. Just to let you know. Cool looking plane. Very nice.

  • @lewandlo thats a bomb, torpedo are more slender.

  • @lewandlo Torpedos are much larger and also have the tell-tale propeller at the end. Many Japanese zero's were used as dive bombers during WWII, and this model has a very authentic look to it.

  • I would definently buy a Airfield F4F Wildcat, if it had scale retracts and split flaps. I would buy it for sure Thumbs up if you want to see a F4F!

  • very impressiv this things getting better and better ;-) looks so nice the zero.... damn !!

  • Love it...just might have to get this and the Corsair and have some nice dogfights...lol!

  • Nice addition to the 1400mm series. Will there be a 800mm version, too?

  • Awesomely scaled Zero. Welcome back mate.

  • awsome plane and nice scale

  • this is my favorite warbird

  • Whem bamb made me laugh lol!

  • there called nav lights dickhead..

  • @Evansss1997 who are you talking to? :S to tony?

so what does nav lights do in a RC plane? yeah... maybe you know something that he don't?

    Shut up kid.

  • @Zyphon400 fuck up cunt . and why would he host a show if he doesnt know what nav lights are..

  • @Evansss1997 um open a book ull find that the original Zero's never had nav lights

  • @Evansss1997 man are you serious? THOSE AREN'TE NAV LIGHTS BECAUSE IT ISN'T A REAL PLANE!

it's just leds. so, the only function is to be cool, SO THEY ARE NOT NAV LIGHTS.

now YOU are being a retard. this isn't a show, this is a review for a product of his company.

resuming: those aren't nav lights, SO, he didn't call nav lights, and obviously everyone knows what it is.

he probably knows 5x more about RC models than you, why are you even telling that? jeez

  • @Evansss1997 "I'm not sure why they have lights on here" he says this because in some competition models, because of night shows where it is demanded to have lights.

Since this isnt a competition model, he didn't find any utility in lights, only to be cool.

You're only 16, you have a lot to learn about rc world.

Btw: supposing he didn't know something about real planes... does that takes his right to review an RC plane? NO.....

  • why do you edit out the landings ?

  • Nice, I have a Spitfire and want to add split flaps. Could you guys make a video on how to do it?

  • You must fly against a Boat

  • Nice job I want one

  • I don't know if I'm right or not but wasn't this Mitsubishi A6M Zero; an American design?

  • @SlyDawg951 It was a pure Japanese design.

  • Mitsubishi A6M Zero

  • This think looks sweet and is now one of my favorites of the 1400mm warbirds. I just hope it doesn't end up as expensive as the T-28, but I think it will be... :(

  • Tony, re: the nav lights. Actually, pretty much all WWII fighter and bomber aircraft had nav lights on them. They were called "formation lights" and were used when forming up a massive group in the darkness over their home bases.

  • Oh Tony finaly you hove ZERO please keep it around $200

  • I want

  • thats a fast jet in the background near the end

  • Yeah, uhmmmmm.....

Justin Beiber said to send him back his shorts, and most importantly send me that radio for testing.

  • Get a haircut hippy!

  • Love it! Finally a A6M!!!!

  • Great plane!! Would have been nice to see the landing though!!!!

  • YAY ASIAN TONY IS BACK!!!

  • any suggestions on a good starter plane i would love to have an f4u but hear its not a good starter plane

  • @topfireman Ez hawk or hawk sky

  • @topfireman Hey dude...a cheap plane with available spare parts is best because if you are learning...you will most certainly become adept at making repairs.

  • @topfireman

With all respect to nitroplanes' fine looking offerings, you can't go wrong with a Hobbyzone Champ. 90 bucks for EVERYTHING, RTF and the loveliest gentle trainer around. Spend a couple of hours in a free sim like FMS to get the basics down, especially disorientation issues when the plane's coming toward you. Then you'll be fine in the Champ. It's tiny and made of foam and can't tolerate wind AT ALL, but if you don't do anything unusually dumb, you won't break it. Then move up.

  • Nice Zero, looking forward to release

  • its kamikaze plane you need 2 xD

  • veeeedeo lol :P

  • need a white color scheme!

  • Yes! Finally a Zero! I have been telling myself not to by offline, but hell... I need this in my airforce!

  • when r they going to come out with a p-38 i would buy that in a heart beat

  • i pretty sure all a6m's had lights.
