  • @mrdimebreezy100 Lighten the weight and try to really focus on squeezing the target muscle. It may not look as impressive lifting lighter weights, but more muscle activation leads to greater gains, which does look more impressive. With time though, you should start to see the weights get heavier.

  • i ve just done this workout, just replaced the shoulder presses with 3sets10reps of power clean and 3sets 10reps of pushpress, at the end i did the 7 sets using shoulder presses machine instead of the lateral raises.

    I barely can write now coz of the pain in my shoulder, its freaking awesome, i ve never got this feel before

  • @IPWNB. Behind the neck press, db raise seated, side raises, upright row nd front presses are in my training. End with a burn with upright rows.. Your shoulders will b screaming haha

  • blah no matter what i do i can get big shoulders like my chest is gett huge and every thing els and i have these lil shoulders, like come on, there getting worked out i can feel it but there just not getting any bigger, its horrible... my diet isnt the greatest maby thats y but im moving up in every thing els.

  • @Albertorey1966 well when u do side laterals u do 10-12 reps. though with the 7 sets u lighten it up so u can do 14-16 reps for 7 sets with only 30 secs rest in between each set
