I see couple of people complain about lack of chair for MS.

I have seen in Tamil tradition that at the beginning of a function, they will sing a song in praise of the lord. It looks like thats what MS was asked to do. After the song, the function would start. So the singers dont need chairs for that.

Before we cast aspersions on motives of people, it is good for loka kshemam, to try to give positive intentions to the other person i.e. look at it from other persons perspective.

@pkrishn1 agree with what you had to say.But guess,Gowri mami seems to be struggling with that harmonica there.Should have arranged for a stand for that harmonica.And that is making people comment about a chair or something.But agree with what all you had to say.

i think it is inagural song for lighting of the lamp. hence standing and singing. there are no orchestras also. so that should be the reason.

I agree. Such a respected singer and they cant even think of a chair? I am a Punjabi and have seen her live show, simply say, it was Saraswati that comes out of her when she sang. God bless her.
