  • with subcutaneous injections you don't need to aspirate as you will never reach further than the fat layer unless your needle is too long

  • please tell me where i can find the exact same needles durianrider used for this!?

  • @Mongodelight we used regular insulin needles with high concentration methyl B12 10000mcgg/ml from Trim Nutrition

  • @manet2000ro holy crap 10000?? I take a 1500mcg capsule from GNC for lik 13 bucks. How does the injection treat you?

  • Hi, I have run by your site two or three times. I myself work with people for health but i am not a Nutritionist. But i do need to understand what is bullshit, and what isnt. I was wondering what you and your watchers thought of science like this.

  • dude the ones you reccommended is $200+, don't they have a $30 trial kit like the synthetic b12?

  • @CreateYourWorld1111 sure, they have cyano for 29.95.. not as good as methyl but it gets the job done..

  • @manet2000ro

Cyano has cyanide bindings! Hydroxo is better, some say even better than Methyl because M. have a short live time caused by its biological form the body recognizes it and remove it because its a high amount.

  • Hey, where do you buy your b12 injections? I can only find the synthetic b12 shots.

  • @CreateYourWorld1111 Hey, I buy it from trimnutrition a compounding pharmacy in Florida, they grow it on corn, it's fresh and preservative free. Get the high concentration 10000mcg/ml methylcobalamin one, that's the best bang for the buck, it also comes with the tiny insulin needles easy and painless to inject right under the skin into the fat. Oh, and use the code: 'oathten' at checkout for 10% discount!

  • @manet2000ro thank you sooo much! that's exactly what i needed to know! you rock!

  • @manet2000ro I'm only seeing the 1000mcg/ml on this site. Is that what you meant? Or did you really mean 10,000 mcg/ml?

  • judging from the viewing numbers of this video injections of any kind seems rather popular!

  • Ventrogluteal site is safer, and less painful.

  • Good, for once DurianRider is doing something healthy!

  • It's an ideal treatment for those diagnosed with pernicuous anemia. I have a rellie - 88 yr old who has them every three months admininsted by family Dr. It's not easy getting the rellie to the Dr more frequently, so I'm looking at lifting the dosage up to once a month, so I'm trying to learn how to administer the vaccine to the deltoid myself. I hope I will be successful in performing this monumental task!

  • If you're have problems with the B vitamins its usually a problem with your gut bacteria. which can be affected some what by diet , stress and activity levels. Even if you eat a big oral dose of vitamin B supplement with out the proper gut flora/ gut health it won't get into the blood where it matters, by injecting you can bypass bad digestion to treat the symptom of the patients illness.

or try and get a performance enhancing effect by getting more of a good thing , than the body can do.

  • If you're doing a sub-cut injection, there's no need to draw back with the needle because it is sub-cutaneous, it is only for a intra muscular injection that you need to do that.

  • there is no reason to do this doc

  • for what reason?

  • @YaFlaminGalahs Problem is, meat eaters are also low in B12, so there is no need to "wake up" on this topic. ;)

  • @Mekelsior bullshit!

  • @bishonenchan If you say so :)

  • @Mekelsior I'll post a video proving that wrong with my own results.

  • @not801010 Proving what wong, that meat eaters are low in B12? I did not say that all meat eaters are low in B12, but as a general statement as an answer to: vegans are low in b12, well meat eaters are low in b12 too.. no biggy. =)

  • @Mekelsior, Yep, not only B12, but also at risk of other deficiencies: calcium, magnesium, folate, fibre, vitamin C, vitamin E, and more.

  • How do you know if you need B12 injections. Maybe your vitamin A or other B vitamins or C or D or K or Minerals are low too, why not inject them all?

  • @dinos98 B12 is different. Do some research on it if you're really interested. Read the book 'Could it be B12?'

  • @dinos98 the body can have a hard time to absorb vitamin B12 sometimes... you can always get your nutrient levels checked up by the doctor's. they will take a blood test to see if you are low in vitamin B12 or any other nutrient that you want checked up (magnesium and iron are the other two nutrients that many people are low in, so you could get the levels for those nutrients checked up too).

  • Cyanocobalamin (synthetic Vit B12) does not strike me as being "healthy". Is there not cyanide in this product that your body then has to work at eliminating? Furthermore, is this synthetic Vit B12 bioavailable regardless of how it is given? Asking as these questions have plagued me for sometime. Much love.

  • @JimWhySoSlim He likely injected him with hydroxocobalamin (or methylcobalamin), NOT cyanocobalamin...

  • @JimWhySoSlim I use methylcobalamin not cyano and yes it is bioavailable if given in IM or sub-Q shots.

  • I hope that was from a needle tree?

  • Is this legal Harls??

  • @thesexyrawvegan but of course! it's just a vitamin:)

  • @thesexyrawvegan We got arrested the next day by WADA officials and NYPD officiers in an undercover sting on vitamin usage.

  • does durianrider take b12 shoots?

  • @slinkyphil yes he does.

  • @manet2000ro

why does he? Is it because of his diet?

  • @CBasie2856 He has a genetic thing. His body cannot produce or absorb it (I dont know which one of those it is). It´s not because of the diet, because b12 is not something you get from animal products anyways.

  • @thatfruitarianchick Explain then why I have excellent B12 levels and I don't supplement AT ALL! It's because I eat MEAT (paleo diet), goddamn it's so simple yet you vegans are still in denial. Just admit that veganism is for MORAL reasons not NUTRITIONAL reasons.

  • @not801010 I don't even remember what your previous comment was and I do not even give a damn either, because you are an anti-vegan troll who goes around claiming all kinds of nonsense. I'm vegan for both reasons, and because my body is not a graveyard. Put up a video of yourself and your B12 levels on paper, and then when youre at it why dont just post your other blood results as well. Otherwise it's just empty words.

  • @thatfruitarianchick I have just put a video up of myself, On my page see the "Does fat make you fat" video. I am happy for open discussion on this. Regarding B12 levels - I have them done and the are excellent the doctor said, So I will go get the results on paper and make a video. Just wondering though, when you see perfect B12 levels from me (a paleo eater with no suppliments) what will you say? Will you just dispute it anyway? I would be interested to see YOUR bloodwork.

  • @manet2000ro why not just take vitamins pills

  • I got about 20 seconds into this video before remembering my terrible fear of needles lol

    Perhaps I won't watch this one!! :)

  • drug addicts!

  • @durianriders lol with B12 I'm better safe than sorry!

  • @durianriders "when people ask you where you get your vitamins and minerals from, just say i dont know what that means man, I eat plants"
