  • this video is saving me right now, i have to memorize this in 2 days.....

  • O My GOD So Stupid this is i mean no picture movement nothing its like a very bad one

  • MrsWozzle, think of the imagery, of the juxtaposition of ideas, of the role of memory, of the idea that nature, especially unspoiled nature, can lift one's spirits, and of our relationship to/with nature. As for your criticism of the lonely, wandering cloud: I don't know about you but I've definitely seen that one line cloud in the sky, seemingly lost as it, yes, wanders across the sky. Wordsworth beautifully captures that image along with that sense of alone-ness that we all feel at times and

  • Think??? Think about WHAT???

  • what utter nonsense this so called poet is. How anyone can get past the first line astonishes me. Clouds do NOT "wander" and they move in groups..thye most certainly are NOT "lonely". I don't mind a decent poet, but I do object to people making things up that don't exist. And to hear the poem narrated..well, its jst such an embarrassment.

  • go look for "camerata musica limburg" these guy do a perfect job singing this poem set by R. Sund

    Must See!

  • i liked the poem but the readers is not

  • It's sweet as the daffodils

  • questions . As the speaker wanders, what does he see “all at once”?

. How does the speaker’s mood change that day because of what he sees?

. How does the memory of what he saw affect him later?

    Thinking Critically

. What simile does the speaker use to describe his loneliness?

  • Beautiful! Thank you!

  • I love this poem..makes one want to dance with the daffodils =)

  • I know every word to this poem I hsd to learn it for school

  • A fantastic narration. I agree with other posters, a far superior version than Jeremy Iron's effort. Sian brings the poem and its subject matter in all its glory to life. Really uplifting.

  • How sweet is this reading? :D

  • how do you pronounce "Sian"? Seriously. Never seen the name before

  • i just love this narration! With such feeling and elegance!

Athough jeremy irons voice is so deep and masculine,it lacks something.

  • Its Sian Phillips - A GREAT FEMALE ACTOR -

-I think you need yours ears checking LOL!

  • best narration that I have heard!

  • cool

  • I prefer this narration to the Jeremy Irons one. Lovely.

  • (i love the readers voice) these readings are wonderful!

    thank you

  • I love Sian Phillips too -she could read a phone book to me.

and she always works hard in whaterever she does.
