  • It's so funny how it's a serious shoot segment, but yet they have a bogus Sting up there.

  • this nWo was the greatest.

babyface nWo wolfpack sucked vince's tiny cock

  • Kevin Nash really went off on the "old schoolers" for almost killing the business by raping it till it was almost bare. Ironically, Nash raped the business for all it was worth also. Only thing is the business wasnt in bad shape because of it.

  • whoah sting joined nwo black n white before black n red, complete proof right there.

  • @DeadIslandTrailers No, that was the bogus "NWO Sting."

  • true horseman like aa flair ole sting windham blanchard malenko now those are performers and these f#cks are talking shit when they were getting paid 100xs what the best were.defend that you marks out there doin a lil konni1969 wit nash in the back of your pickup behind walmart while hall shoots up and xpac nods out

  • Its funny how Nash is like is for the new generation to shine....I believe Nash wa 40 at this time

  • x pac and nash wanna be black so bad its ridiculous

  • The funny things is...Nash become JUST like Flair and Piper, left the young guys NOTHING but pot-holes.

  • @shyjames83. Pot holes?

  • @1977Melville he means he fucked the road to stardom for the younger stars to feed their own greed

  • The most confusing part of this feud was Kevin Greene being on the legends side

(Piper/Flair). I wish the NWO shot on him, but i don't think anyone gave a shit about him.

  • Young lions my foot; Nash is pushing 40 so how is he a young lion? Nash is considered one of the most selfish men in the business this promo is perfect for a man like Triple H the only way Nash is young is to the business being there for nearly 6 years. Sean Waltman/X-Pac/Syxx is a smack head and a recovering alcoholic so what makes him deserve respect. But I got to give it to them, the promo was from the heart and probably a lot of truth to it though.

  • @Bull1908

he was around 36-37 when this happened, but by comparison to those that were running the business at the time, he (and most of the nWo) were indeed, "young lions".

  • @Bull1908 You cant call sean waltman an ex alcoholic...because everyone in the wrestling business has always been either drug addicts or alcoholics lol

  • @Bull1908 if you are so smart about wrestling, why don't you start a promotion bye yourself.

  • Scott Hall must have been a no-show.Nash and Sean Waltman should be ashamed of themselves as Flair and PIper never missed a wrestling show, and had way more respect for the business and other wrestlers than all of the wreslings in that ring combined.Look at all the shows Hall and Nash missed because they knew they could, and caused the writers to rewrite the storylines.Kevin Nash is a hypocrite, and was always a average wrestler.Yeh he could talk on the mic,but not must else dd he have to offer.

  • Kevin nash become the exact problem that he accused Piper and Flair of being.

  • @stevedrums The irony.

  • @saj8 But, Nash was on point.

  • Hit the Mc40 once? lol. Classic promo right here!

  • limo flying!

  • cena as a face could not get the same reaction as the nwo as a heel

  • nash looks like a douchebag with that ice cube style doo rag

  • @MrWrestlemania611 A Douchebag that could still beat your ass any day of the week.

  • @Konni1969no shit and yours too you douchebag.without the doo rag he still a 2nd rate douchebag and anybody who is a fan of his can eat a dickup til they hiccup

  • @MrWrestlemania611 Well, I never called Nash a douchebag, you douchebag. Kiss my ass, you internet Freak, never has been, never will bee!!!

  • Limo flying?

  • 5:54 Nash hit with pencil

  • @spreepack lol the funniest thing was that he kept right on going with his shoot hahaa

  • wasnt wcw pushing hing but the old timers and putting the young guys on the back burner

  • Zack Ryder, Curt Hawkins & Trent Barreta should shoot on the WWE like this, there young talented guys that don't get a push

  • @theGting Zack Ryder doesn't know how to shoot.

  • @theGting Ryder's well on his way now, of course. Hawkins and Barreta, well, honestly, I'm surprised they haven't been "future endeavored" yet...

  • best days of wrestling now u have the miz who looks 15 and anyone can beat and the wigger shit wrestler john cena lame wrstling in 2011 pale lucky charms guy is the worst please go back 2 this style.and the ancient dinosaur tna

  • Hahaha!!! "I was a little GREEN" !!!!! A clear reference to Nash's run as the "Oz" character for those smarky enough to catch it.

  • @flyabusa Don't remind us of that. Have a heart.

  • sean waltman is so right about ric flair !!!

  • @AndrewsOpinion15 I agree.

  • You can see Nash physically dying a little inside with each line Xpac said

  • The grown men in the audience are such losers lol

  • I never saw this promo.5 stars.

  • DETROIT!

  • did he talk about Flair being a biter with NWO Sting in the ring with him? lol.

  • 4life

  • Nash is ALWAYS saying he's part of the "newer guys" but hes been around since I believe the early 80s or even earlier. so kinda hard to believe hes talking about the older ones when he IS one of the older ones.

  • @zybanday no...Kevin Nash started wrestling in 1990 in WCW as "Steel" of the Master Blasters.

  • @zybanday no he started in the early 90s. So his claim holds a bit of merit.

  • Whether you agree or disagree with what's said in the promo - you can't tell me this wasn't raw, unscripted and from the heart, these guys meant every word.

  • Wow. You wonder why promos aren't any good nowadays? They aren't real. You can tell Nash and Waltman where legitimately pissed at Flair and Piper. Hell even Waltman cut a decent promo, which hardly ever happens.

  • Here's the one issue I have with Nash's promo...he says there's young young guys in the ring. Vincent was pushing 40, Norton was pushing 40, Nash was pushing 40, and so was Fake Sting. Bagwell and Waltman are the only two young guys and both of them got in bad- Bagwell screwed himself over and his career was over by the time he was 30 and Waltman just wore on everybody and he stopped mattering when he was 29.

  • Absolutely terrible promo by syxx. He's a good worker with a good look but he cannot talk on the mic. Nash on the other hand is GREAT.

  • @dogfan4lyfe He had all the right words just the wrong delivery. He was blown up after a match Syxx can deliver when hes really in it, He cut a blistering Promo on Dean Malenko and you cant forget about his return promo on monday night raw, plus the flair parody ,classic. Nash is just like you said. Nothing less than that. He knew how to draw the crowd in so it was all eyes on him.

  • i respect flair but daaam, this is some true shit!!

  • lol throwing u pgang signs and shit..

  • nWo said some true words about Ric Flair, the rip off of Buddy Rogers.

    NWO 4-life

  • that mic looks ridicoulusly small in Nash's hand

  • ahhhh ha ha ha ha ha (nwo music)

  • These guys are jags....not ONE guy in that ring has drawn shit in the business. To bad mouth Flair and Piper is stupid. When Nash has had matches with Race,Rhodes,Brisco, Funk,Funk Jr,Valentine,Wahoo etc like Flair has, then let me know. When he has traveled from territory to territory and pulled decent matches out of nobodies like Flair has, again, let me know

  • @jswags Oh gosh, an internet smark. Sorry dude, just based on the NWO alone these guys drew big money. $55 million profit for WCW in 1997. BTW genius, this isn't a shoot. It's a storyline. Part of a feud is putting down your opponent. Yeah, Flair drew money. He was the last of the touring NWA champions. But Flair is very overrated, great as he is. Ask guys who actually work in the wrestling business; many of them have the same opinion Nash states here. Flair was a bastard, a mark for himself.

  • @peterp21 Hey dickhead...I'm a LONG way from a "Smark".....I know its not a shoot....and having following wrestling since 1973, I understand what a storyline is. Its a well known fact that these guys were assholes to people around them behind the scenes. Ok,they did have a good run for awhile there. Before you get too excited for the NWO,don't forget that Hogan,Piper and Savage were also there in 1997 making that profit for WCW. You could count Nash's great matches on one hand

  • 2:40 Where is Scott Hall in all of this? ...did you check the closest bar?

  • This promo kinda reminds me of WWE today. If you don't have a dad in the business or not one of Triple-H's buddies you're going nowhere.

  • @sakonhagakure Im so waiting for this promo to be ressurected on TNA pretty soon with AJ styles and Robert Roode on the Mic.

  • @sakonhagakure yeah cuz Ted Dibiase Jr is just thriving in the main event scene...

  • @StanMichael313

That's because Ted Dibiase Jr kinda sucks.

  • @sakonhagakure he really doesnt..they just dont utilize him they way they should. He's in the same some boat as ALOT of guys on the roster. If your over with the crowd, then your over, period. If the crowd loves you and wants to see you, then WWE is gonna capitalize on that. He gets no legit storyline or anything so the people have no reason to cheer or boo him. But watch when he finally gets a break, TRUST

  • Syxx Pac always sucked.

  • "So while you guys decide to do the limo flying..." BOTCHAMANIA!!!!!

  • Best nwo promo

  • : "What we're gonna do is do our best to try and patch the potholes you guys left behind......."

March 23, 2011: The 10 year anniversary of the death of WCW.

Guess Nash and the boys ran out of patches...

  • @TheJ024 March 26, 2001 Real Wrestling fans will never forget.

  • @dgenerate707

The WWF officially bought out WCW on March 23rd 2001.

March 26th 2001 was when Vince McMahon announced it on RAW.

But yeah, that announcement was a shocker.

  • @TheJ024 i forget bout the real by out i just more so remember the final monday

  • @TheJ024 AOL time warner merger killed wcw. not Nash.

  • @InternationalBoy

I wasn't implying that Kevin Nash killed WCW.

But he sure as hell didn't "fix the potholes" that WCW had either.

  • @TheJ024 well he did a damn good job in taking part in making WCW one of the hottest programs and making a life time of memories for millions around the world.

  • @InternationalBoy

    That, I agree.

  • @InternationalBoy can you blame aol? the rating were shit towards the end and figure why give them a time slot when they are not producing decent ratings.

  • @gabeguzman quit being a mark off of what some other moron told you and actually do some real research. WCW was still TNA's highest rated program. The Buyers though didnt want to have anything to do with the wrestling business so they sold it cheap to Vince.

  • @InternationalBoy no shit sherlock! i'm saying in my opinion that was part of the reason other than the buyers not wanting to have anything to do with wrestling. Let's be honest it gave them more reasons to not have anything to do with wrestling. I guarantee that if wcw had high rating at the time they problaby would oo kept wcw regardless if they hated wrestling!

  • @gabeguzman Well you're wrong. They got rid of WCW for the simple fact that they didnt want a wrestling program PERIOD. They Didnt want Wrestling being the flag ship of the channel so They Sold it for chump change. It had nothing to do with the raitings as I've said before,WCW was still the highest rated show on TNT and to them it didnt matter. Wrestling wasn't in their plans for the new direction for the company. Ted Turner Loved wrestling,AOL/Time Warner Not so much. So thus WCW Was sold.

  • @gabeguzman I don't think Nitro ratings in 2001 were any lower than they were in 1995 and early 1996. Not that this is a huge endorsemnt or anything, but they didn't exactly fall off the face of the earth. They just weren't as high as in the NWO glory days.

  • Waltman's mic skills are terrible. I'm not saying I could do any better, just thank god Nash was there in the ring.

  • @zaaz369 I thought it was good. I never knew the Nature Boy bit off somebody.

  • @zaaz369 .... Syxx was relatively green on the mic. he tried... btw anybody catch the Von Erich reference "a bunch of guys pushing their sons"

  • @zaaz369 I actually thought it was pretty good. The merits of what he said were strong. It was evident that he was very nervous but he powered through it, and that is hard to do. Therefore I must respectfuly disagree. I thought it was alright.

Nash killed it though. It is easy to see why he was so freakin' 'over.'

  • Comment removed

  • @zaaz369 lol true, even sean admits he sucks on the mic, but the dude can work like a mutha though

  • You know what's great about this shoot? The fact that Nash is 6'10" and could say what he wanted to say..who was honestly going to fuck with him?

  • NWO 4 LIIIIIIIIIFE

  • I miss Fake Sting!!!!!

  • Nash is a legend....a legend at what?

  • @NWA1985WCCW Making money and putting asses in seats. Isn't that what "Sports Entertainment" was made for?

  • @NWA1985WCCW a legend in pro wrestling, umm..... who the fuck are you? btw, are you in pro wrestling, do you come on T.V.? have you acted in major name movies, nope, you are just some trailer park trash, STFU.

  • @NWA1985WCCW you mad that Nash shitted on the Horsemen on arent you?

  • Nash = LEGEND

  • @drugstoremarc at what? on how if you make friends with the right people you too can have a high paying job for being mediocre?

  • This was "professional wrestling". Vince created "sports entertainment" so he could further insult everyone's intelligence and make his product even more cartoonish.

  • "Gangsta" Kevin Nash,

    limo flyin'

    south side stylin'

    son of a gun.

    4 lyfe biatch!!

  • lol "Gangsta" Kevin Nash, from the SOUTH SIDE.

    4 lyfe biatch!!

  • This promo is true about today's wrestling too.

  • If Sean and Nash really wanted to get some love from the back they would've mentioned how Benoit, Malenko, Taker and Foley all got shafted due to Flair and the rest old heads being stuck in the past trying to only put over those in their camp.

  • @dgenerate707 Flair is an easy target and scapegoat for problems in the business seeing as he is so decorated and has one of the best minds for wrestling. Why not blame guys like Jim Herd, Vince Russo or Eric Bischoff? More recently, why not blame the McMahons for taking the safe route because Linda is running for Senator? And why not blame a guy hired by Stephanie, Johnny "Ace" Laurinaitis for hiring no talent, cookie-cutter body builders and swimsuit models instead of wrestlers to WWE?

  • @jw870206 But so is Nash as well he gets critized alot as well. Jim herd does deserve some of the blame as well. LOL Syxx just said banana nose, The Mcmahons do get blamed which is one of the reasons i watch TNA, AAA, and ROH when i can. I only believe Eric listened too much to Hogan, Nash but I won't blame Eric for the downfall cuz nitro did good up until Bischoff got kick out and russo was brought in.

  • @jw870206 Flair has a great mind? How so? He is a great wrestler, a legend, but how is he a known great mind? Sure, you can blame Herd, Russo and Bischoff. But realize that wrestlers think differently than dumb marks do. Flair earned a lot of enemies. Kept Luger down, kept the Steiners down. Only jobbed to his buddies. Arn Anderson, an utterly mediocre wrestler in looks, charisma and skills got pushes whenever banana nose was in WCW. When he wasn't, Arn was a midcard loser chump.

  • @peterp21 As a wrestler he is a great mind. He knew how to make a jobber look like a main eventer. Maybe not the best promoter, but certainly better than Eric Bischoff. Bischoff lets Hogan do all his thinking for him. Luger had a lot of potential, but he was never really anything that special because he was more or less a bodybuilder. And what world are you living in where Double A is a mediocre wrestler in skills and charisma. Sure he's not much to look at, but that's not what this is about.

  • booka teeeeeee stole my name when he called hogan a nigga

  • its funny. they used this angle in the main event mafia storyline and kevin nash was the "old lion" ironic

  • This is one of the MANY reasons why I preferred WCW over WWE (and prefer TNA over WWE big time).....because you got/get FAR more "stripped down", shoot-based promos, which I wish WWE did far more. Then again, I guess when you have a promotion catered to kids, you get circus/cheesy shit anyways. Vince McMahon SUCKS ASS! WWE = WORLD's WACKEST ENTERTAINMENT

  • This is THE GOSPEL TRUTH, from Nash. I forgot about this promo, and I can easily say that out of all of Nash's great promos, this is one of his best and speaks the truth. Flair has ALWAYS been a selfish piece of shit, and the business WAS (and still is , in MANY ways in WWE today) very dependent on keeping alive the "family name" by only pushing the sons and daughters of others....who were ALSO pushed on THEIR family name back in the day, and so and so forth.

  • @marcusrob02 Amen.Internet marks listen too much to Scott Keith and Dave Meltzer. They think that the workrate guys they guys love are also loved in the business. I bet you more guys like Hogan than Flair. Yes, Hogan kept people down and they didn't get their chance to wear a fake title belt. But guess what, those guys don't care about belts or Hogan's workrate. They care about success and making money. And Hogan did that in spades and his opponents and coworkers all benefitted.

  • @peterp21 Haha, Nash and Hall have said numerous times that they had more cons than pros in regards to working with Terry, but in the end the dollar signs he generated just by being a part of their program made him invaluable even if they all didn't see eye to eye some of the time.

  • The REAL glory days of wrestling, right here. NOTHIN on WWE TV today comes CLOSE to greatness like this. Great mic work...great matches...great moments

  • STFU Haters, The Kliq gave you the best years of wrestling ever.

  • @InternationalBoy Damn right. This is strikingly similar to HHH's promo that he cut regarding the hell he went through after the MSG incident. Exposing the business was a big deal.

  • I think if Nash could've forseen his future....he probably would've thought better about cutting this promo.

  • It would be so epic if someone were to cut a version of this promo on Kevin Nash.

  • Wow, does this remind anyone of TNA?

  • @JosephDanielsTC7R Every single part, its watered down in TNA

  • @JosephDanielsTC7R umm.no but TNA reminds me of this.....TNA bit the whole concept

  • nash is good on the mic u dummy

  • Waltman is drunk, but he still speaks the truth.

  • the ugly broads lol

  • Bawlbabies....absolute bawlbabies. Man, do I miss the old days...the good days.

  • HFunny how time changes everything. 10 years later, and HE'S the "Flair and Piper" in this analogy.

  • i hate x-pac

  • nWo 4 life!!

  • "..we're gonna try the best we can to patch the potholes you guys (Flair and Piper) left behind". Yeah, Kev. We saw how ya did that. By flapping yer gums and NOT WRESTLING. Same thing yer doin' today. The only thing more remarkable is that some idiot organization is willing to pay ya for it.

  • Nash is right. Piper and Flair would sell their mothers for another spot in front of a camera. Piper and Flair look both like hell and talk abot things that happened 25 years ago.

  • @Konni1969 Amen.I think the blinders are off as it regards Flair. The man has now tarnished his legacy for about 15 years. He's in his mid-60s, flabby, crazy, balding, and making a fool of himself weekly because he can't leave the business behind and is absolutely broke. I mean, he was over the hill when this promo occurred! Has Piper drawn a dollar since Wrestlemania I? Piper is an incoherent prick who never jobbed to ANYONE. He first retired in 1987, and has kept coming back for 24 years!

  • @peterp21 So true, my friend... so true.

  • whats up with that fake ass sting?

  • 6:18 Buff got left hanging big time haha

  • I like how Sixx Pac is flapping his gums about ripping ppl off when Hogan, HHH and pretty much every power wrestler copied off of Superstar Billy Graham, Keven Nash's light copy off of Mean Mark from the 80s and every other cruiserweight including Sixx Pac copied off Of Lou Thetz, Rey Misterio Sr and every other Great Lucha libra and great japanese wrestler. lol Sixx Pacs promos were always pointless. Really? Banana nose? give me a break...

  • Pac, Nash, Vincent, Buff, Fake Sting, and somebody nobody knows....what a collection of freakin losers. What a joke these clowns are bashing the greatest of all-time.

  • @Rvd420WHAT

lol i prefer them over ric

  • @Valkyzer hey nobody is perfect

  • Nash does have a point. If you think about it, after the initial runs of people like Flair, Hogan, Savage, Luger, Sting, Warrior, Piper, etc, the business was left in kind of a funk. It too the like of Nash, Hall, HBK, Taker, Bret, and in my opinion ECW to keep pro wrestling afloat until the nee renaissance started up.

  • this was awesome time

  • they need 2 bring fake Sting to TNA....

  • the truth hurts flair stole the whole get up

  • Nash can talk, but it takes a special kind of guy to wrestle, and the NWO had nothing to offer. Ric Flair didn't have to go on national TV and bawl for his chance to shine...he busted his ass for it!

  • @NWA1985WCCW I agree, sounded like Nash and the boys was looking for a hand out. Ric, Piper were young and busted thier butts to get a shot!

  • Nash was and is awesome on the mic! X-Pac is as well and Scott Hall. That's what made them great. Nash is telling the truth. Now it's time for someone to replay this for him... But there is no one good enough in TNA to make a point with it. AJ Styles????World Champion!?!?!?!?!? That's dumb. He might be their biggest start but that just explains why WWE will always be #1

  • Flair earned his stripes...Nash did not.

  • @NWA1985WCCW they told the truth tho flair is a bitter lol

  • Roddy Piper and Ric Flair are both old ass pieces of shit

  • ok so why is there a guy dressed up like sting there

  • strong promo from nash

  • ... LOL... Nash complaining about young guys not having their "time to shine" back in the late 90s is IRONY GOLD.

Because a decade later in TNA he was singing the tune of how its the young guys who were so arrogant and didn't know what real sacrifice was about.

And you know what the funnies thing is? He has a lot of good points.

  • @KaiXi333 i feel the way his position changes is that back in the day, Wrestling was in its prime and a lot of guys who weren't established like a Hogan or Flair was given next to zero chance of being a success and had to work EXTREMELY hard to for any chance given but now a decade later and stars today are all about the cars, clothes, money and fame, even the sport of wrestling now takes a back seat, just look at WWE PG, there's a reason why wrestling isn't taken seriously anymore

  • @KaiXi333 Yea, but in TNA he was a major factor in a lot of the younger guys getting pushes to be stars. He started that whole 'feud' with the X Division to bring more attention to them. He'd squash them after they'd wrestled a match and then get challenged and back out like a bitch to make himself look scared to wrestle. he finally got his comeuppance. He ran all those skits with Alex Shelley and Lethal for them, not for himself.

  • Syxx was a big player in the nWo. He was good on the mic as well. If Syxx didn't leave in '98 for WWF, he prolly woulda been a bigger player like Nash and Hogan was in the nWo

  • Is this the NWO B-team? ...All I see is Nash and Sting, the rest are scrubs!

  • @eastwood13 Thats wasnt even Sting, just some other srcub that used to dress like him

  • man i wish i had one of those NWO shirts.

  • @scumgod13 do you want to buy some

  • @PIMPTHATPUSSY I would buy one of them, maybe 2 or 3. Why ya know somewhere?

  • LOL at the fake ass STING

  • @Joeki11a rotflmao

  • I love shoot promos.

  • I wish The young superstars of today would be honest like this.

  • nwo said the truth , ric flair is an hater he copyed other nickname

  • @VladGirocului What in the hell is that supposed to mean

  • @campKILLer listen to that video NWO shoots on Ric flair what nwo said about ric flair and u will understand and watch this video 2 /watch?v=1TuJcuUv0Uw&playnext_from=TL&videos=JLhvWM_SP4k maybe u will understand

  • xpac no showed lockdown cause he didnt wanna job to team 3d
