The premise is true. The system works well in other countries because the government does a better job of spending taxes. I love the every developed Country has "FREE" universal healt care. I assume forced taxes and no choice is the equivilant of "free" to this shallow nitwits. Also, if you are getting "fre" health care, that means someone else paid for it. Someone pays, Michael just wants to cover who and at what cost.
