Do you go with the version that conforms to what you trying to go with or do you find the oldest translations, do you try to figure out what it originally said, because there allot of issues when you try to do that. The major issue I found when I did that was the concept of the Trinity becomes less a foundation and more a creation of the catholic church to me.

@MrSuperEman I started to have the same issues as Issac Newton did when he did the same thing I was trying to do, and I started to agree with him and he was a christian who started to question if Jesus ever was God. Its with paul to me you get the concept of Jesus as God, the Trinity. @73geneva The early church was Jewish for a long time, but you start a concept that goes against the foundations of who God is in the old testament, you have this concept that is only with PAul of the trinity, which is how I was raised but its kind of simple if the one thing that is your salvations is if Jesus is God, he never states it, he had a virgin birth which was a miracle, yet he never states I am God.

You need to first get the best translations of the bible you can than study what others have spent life times on.
