Black parents need to start raising their kids a little better. I honestly believe this "flash mob" phenomenon (sudden and violent mini-riots) growing among black youth is the result we're seeing now of all these black mothers and fathers (and black teenagers) popping out all these half-raised badass kids. A lot of these kids are so half-raised some of them appear to be almost completely unsocialized and lacking even basic social graces and manners.
