You're almost correct :) Tirion shatters Frostmourne alright, while Bolvar is under the empression of being the new Lich King. Now, with Bolvar frozen at the throne and Tirion shattering Frostmourne, there wont be any new Lich King. Or at least he wont be released from his prison :)
The helmet is the Lich King's Phylactery. Meaning, if he was seperated from it, "Arthas" would die (he doesnt have a heart, he cut it out), but the Lich inside it would not. And they would seperate becoming two different beings. To destroy THAT Lich King you would have to destroy the helment, his Phylactery. But as Tirion said, another would have to take his place, but with the helmet destroyed and the lich inside it vanquished. Frostmourne would not be able to control you directly anymore.

Exactly? If you want the physics, his helmet falls over because he's wounded, so he's doubling over. He reaches for the helmet, because that's the phylactery of Ner'zhul, and when he loses all strength, the foot he was standing on loses balance, and he falls in the opposite direction.
i dont think this is his death, its too gay a death for him, that and the fact that this came from a website whos details are 75% wrong, because its made up by ppl before bliz realises more info on patches
