Big Pharma companies that have relied on fraud to market industry's worst pharmaceuticals--antipsychotic drugs--which have become industry's most profitable cash cow. ---

The problem with these drugs is that you have to go to therapy along with taking them. The whole point is using the drugs in treatment then weaning the patients off the drug. The problem is physicians with no psychological background (and I include psychiatrists) that prescribe medications because the drugs companies want THEIR drug prescribed. Doctors should start prescribing based on NEED rather than what the candy of the month is.

@AmeyaK ritalin damaged my brain. my crime, learning too fast, faster then the other children. with in 6 months (I was 7 when I was put on it) I noticed I'd cry for long periods of time (many hours) for no reason. granted my parents didn't care "what's the matter" "I don't know. I'm just really really sad." "oh. ....ok" ~turns the TV louder, my crying was making it hard to hear the tv. with in 12 months of ritalin the anxiety started. ..I know this because I remember it!

This video makes me sad.
Unless you have ADHD/ADD and have taken ritalin and have it not work.. then you have no basis on being against these drugs.
If it wasn't for Adderall... I would have flunked out of school, be poor and probably homeless.
Yet BECAUSE Adderall helped me (wasnt just the adderall, although it helped alot)... I am now in the Film Industry, graduated High school a year early, and was enrolled in the top film school in america (probably the world)
