I am in favor of net neutrality, but where is the opposing side's view? I did not see any opposing representatives in Moyer's interviews.

There is really no logic right in the opposing view. You currently pay to download, and the host currently is paying to upload. Charging a premium in the middle is ridiculous. Once the packets hit the internet backbone, they should be delivered without additional charges.
