@DrinkitKatie84 I saw them in 2006 in Germany. And they rocked. Rose´s voice was (with a few exceptions) killer. And I have various bootlegs from 2010 (great voice) and 4 bootlegs from 2011. And on these he sounds like in 2002 again. He still hits all the high notes, but the rasp in his voice is gone.

I noticed that too, but it's on and off I believe he just does it when is extremely needed like in welcome to the jungle or ycbm the rasp is there (I saw them in october) but he lets his voice rest in almost any other song where the rasp used to be, it bottered me a little at first but I guess he's just taking care of his throat, I miss the rasp in songs like paradise city and sweet childo'm though, but it has been a long tour i don't blame him...

Well this is pretty nice. It seems to me like Duff was definitely testing the waters here. Of course a small jam like this is simply for fun, were not talking about a full tour here. But Axl's voice sounds nearly back to its classic sound. Hes gotten back into shape. Even if the whole 5 never get back together, its cool just to see duff get up there and jam

id love it but Slash and Adler are not on good terms with Axl. Izzy reunited for some shows in 2006 and wrote a sequel to Estranged with him, so Duff, Izzy and Axl is possible, I guess we could make do with Matt Sorum but nobody cn replace Slash....

He pissed the band off so much thats why Izzy left & Slash & Duff put up with it for the band.
