Too many in govt work cannot immagine having to actually market a product or service to make an income ... This is a taste of reality to those who live in a fantasy land.
The Government is Broke because it spends too much ... The Public Union employees show they don't care about the new hires on the bottom of the list who will be laid off due to their selfishness!
You DON'T share in the boom, because the public sector wasn't founded to make the workers rich, dumb shit. The government is a non-profit organization, not a for-profit.
You have the mentality that is killing our nation. There are too little people with REAL JOBS that are producing the wealth in this country, and too many people looking for jobs that steal wealth (Public sector) from those that do produce wealth.
What happens then, you stupid ape? Let me give you a hint: De_t.
@SuckMyPhallus I'm going to explain this to you ONE LAST TIME, so that even you can understand. After that, if you still don't get it, I'm going to treat you like an intellectually inferior, second-class citizen: Public sector wages are calculated with future recessions and booms taken into account BEFORE they happen. THAT'S why we don't share in booms OR busts- it's evened-out beforehand. That's the whole point of these kinds of jobs, prosperity is traded for stability. You can't (continued...)
@ejdf870 LOLOLOL.... Have nothing to say, huh? You're a thief and a criminal like all other public sector thugs. It is people like you who have stolen from our kids so you can live a good life. Selfish brat.
Most of all, your kind has forgotten that you are the private sector's servants. If the private sector can't even support a middle class lifestyle, then there is absolutely no reason why the public sector should, as doing so would cause unsustainable debt. Now go kill yourself.
As a fire department union member I ABSOLUTELY believe that unions have gone too far and too many times to the public trough. I watched a union president from a small department weasel his way into the Office of Emergency Services, influencing governors and legislators, and continuing to work with the California Professional Fire Fighters to fund politicians I would never have voted for. I believe in a "fair" wage for those of us who put our lives on the line in public safety jobs.
@SuperJeanw, You are dead on! The monster has grown out of control! They keep trying to trow a band-aid on gun shot wound! Next they will go after prop 13 so they can suck every one dry! draining the last of the blood from our state!
Don't worry, Tax pot, then with the added revenues, the politians can promise public employees that they can retire at 35 with 200% of their 'stacked' last years salary.
Will they destroy CA? They already have destroyed it.

CA should go into receivership. Common sense has gone out the window. John for Gov. or CA senator. Remove CAL Pers from its influence.
