His signature is the one based on the religion such as Shugendo that the ninja etc. also were using. It is likely not to believe easily in the Christian. However, the Japanese is believing in various religions at the same time as one thing. The dragon is the animal especially assumed to be god's messenger. The signature is not the one that he made arbitrarily, but it is used in Japan and China from an old age.

true samurai arts kenjutsu i beleive is what the swordsman was using i noticed basics and advanced katas threw out the duel
