  • Hi hi! Have you tried - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy got great Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of fat with it.

  • The thing that gives you that pearshape look is not fat on the flank, but back fat, this fully genetic, some people store lots of fat there due to genetics, even if you lose weight and end up reducing the love handles untill they dissapear, your genetics have not changed, they are still the same, which means any slip in your diet, and little excess in caloric intake, and it will store in your love handles just as fast, liposuction is the only permanent way to get rid of love handles

  • This is a great video, Im not a big girl myself small waste but big love handles.. it sucks! Im going to start doing interval training with a skipping rope.. Do you think that will help ?

  • When she said "love handles" I believe she was speaking of her gluteus minor or something. The smaller bum muscles connecting you butt and lower back. She said it was bad when viewed from behind. I have the same issue. That muscle is super tough to tone. It almost feels like I'm a camel! Lol

  • @kalinshadow I highly doubt your gluteus medius/minimus would ever get that out of control. If anything it's the fat that lies on top. But the solution is still the same.

  • i am 25 years old and had two babys by c section. i have never had hard abs but always on the thiinnner side! ive always been 105 to 110 lbs. (ht 5'4) skinny legs and arms but now i have this tummy fat! i have canfarooh pouch as i call it. i know i cant get rid of the skin or my pouch. but i feal like maybe i can get thinner in the tummy! all the weight i have gaind is in my belly im still the same every whar else. what should i do? please help me. thank you.

  • @kristinefscott I would recommend watching my free "Fitter U Abs" lessons. I would post the URL but youtube doesn't allow that anymore apparently. Just do a google search for it.

  • i run every other day and work out on the days in between and i seem to lose weight every were exepty my legs and chest( yes man boobs but its that bad), do i have to lose ALL my wieght before i start to lose wheight in legs and chest? i use the treadmill trainer like 3 times a week, and in between days i work out chest bicepts and tricepts

  • @kc243243 You're better off using full body movements on your strength training days to further burn more fat.

  • im 17 and have a hypothyroid. i have been on medication for a year and a half... why is that so sad to you?

  • @porcupinesandplaid Because that's not something that should be happening to 17 year olds. It's more common in people who are older than 50.

  • Clara, you are 15, your body is still developing and going though puberty. Girls usually have a little extra during those years and will begin to shead a little when your closer to your 20s.

    Do you have any advice for overweight apple shaped women? Is it the same as you have said here...clean diet+ full body exercises? Also do apple shapes loose weight from the face down too? because i notice i slim down more in the legs first and some in my face but i always feel like my stomach fat is more pronounced since i think i loose everywhere else first...
