@Theblahblahblahdude Samehadamaru and Biteikotsu.Samehadamaru is rarely carried by Shuzen on Instant Kill difficulty. Biteikotsu you get from completing the mission "Oryo's Interest" after getting 600 yen per job and after the event where it is announced that Nobunaga is coming. Swords become indestructible after you get them to level 50.

my gold is al 99, i have a lot of items that are 99

i have dual weapons over 210 attack ( not sure how mutch it was )

i have all faces but i got ALMOST every custome except for 4 clothes

i got the last one's enyone help me how to get the 4 in the middle?

you have to beat it on hard mode a few times its all about the samurai points and on hard mode you gain more points and im currently working on aqiering NPC characters ... i did it before but i cant remember how to do it...i hate pawning games i vow never to do this again lol

@luke88martin You have to earn enough Samurai Points to unlock the NPC mode, then you have to knock out the NPC that you want with a blunt attack.

@DoVids4Life It didn't seem to matter too much when I tested it, however I used one weight 3 sword and one weight 0 sword.

@24southwestern There is no real "fast" way to earn money. If you plan to make upgrade runs through Amana, you can add about 5-8k yen per run by dumping and restocking certain items. On your first run, wait to the fifth day, then buy 10 Golden Eggs from the Takatane Merchant and kill him and loot your money. Without leaving Takatane, go to Dojima get your sword forged, then kill and loot your money again. Then go to Posting Station and buy Dual Sword and Ninja Dual Sword scrolls

@24southwestern from Uepon then kill him and loot your money. Then leave Amana and save, then start a new game. Wait till the fifth day again, and then sell your Golden Eggs, Dual Sword and Ninja Dual sword scrolls. Then buy Golden Eggs, kill the Merchant, loot your money, get your sword forged, kill Dojima, loot your money, go to posting station, rebuy scrolls, kill merchant, loot money, leave Amana, repeat. The point of this is that selling the stuff will net you about 8k per run

@dcsmall1 I used a normal head and outfit, and the glasses are an accessory. You may need to earn samurai points to unlock the outfit and head.

Just competed the ending and it wasn't that hard on hard difficulty I got two achievements and some samurai points it was worth it thou boosted my gamer score to 14,785 I am aiming for 15,000

how did you get so good in this game??? i find that the fighting system is hard as hell to master!!! ANY TIPS?!?!?!

@wrekman1 Basically, I grinded. I did alot of jobs to earn a decent amount of money, then used that money to buy the amulets that raise hp and move scrolls, and then kill the merchant to get my money back. Then I choose to leave Amana, save the game, and load it back up to start a new game keeping the stuff I got robbing the merchants.

It's a shame that this game and Yakuza 3 are completely avoided by North American gamers but then again they are distinctly ..... well I guess you can call it "distinctly Japanese"
