Yeah Florida is pretty cool, the homes are alot smaller than the northern states (and texas) but still you can find a deal in Florida, you have to look in Fort Myers and Stuart, those cities have affordable homes, townhouses and apartments.

fort myers was on tv a few weeks ago, showing nice homes and apartments at really low prices
@SandSeaOcean I've also seen several reports of the low prices in Fort Myers. If I had the money it's definitely a place I would move to.

I was there dor six months then moved back to MN:( I MISS Florida.
