Actually, 1 of those hooks can hold probably around twice his weight. And dispersing the weight in four points means each point only has to hold about 75 pounds. To put that into perspective, I think it takes 300 pounds of pressure to rip someone's ear off.
The chances of him falling are pretty slim.
