A move swap alters how the model moves when executing attacks, and substitutes *some* of the properties of special attacks.
However, some factors remain linked with the character. Notably, the hitboxes, and frame data (including IASA) of standard attacks; also, properties of "weapons," like Falco's blaster here ('weapons' being "items" *not* on the character's basic model).
Explaining specials would take more than this comment box can fit.
It costs 400.000$ to fire your laser for 11 seconds.

That's weird. If Falco had Fox's moveset, how'd the hitstun transfer over?
Maybe blue lasers are programmed to have the hitstun. Maybe.

It's a really a combination of the two movesets.

Because those are still Falco's lasers.

And, of course, Falco's model shape. It's different than, say, Fox with Falco's texture.

the hitstun isn't QUITE enough to lock them(you saw that wolf managed to use his reflector) but it's still TOTALLY AWESOME.
