OMG! Never saw this before. I was in first row behind stage directly behind Danny. Saw this performed live once in 1975 and had been waiting 32 years at that time to see it again. In retrospect, we now know it was for Danny and little did i know that i would never see Danny play again. Great job and mice shot of Clarence too.
The Wild, The Innocent....is such a great great album....this awesome choooooon, The E-Street Shuffle (rapidly becoming one my favourite Bruce songs) Incident on 57th Street, Rosalita....it's a pure delight to listen to it.
Whooooooaaaaaaa, THANKS, Bossland!!! I was right behind you in the pit, and I am SO glad you were able to get this video! I really liked the shot of Nils looking right at you, and the shot of Danny was awesome.
I was FORTUNATE to see the Monday show and it even takes on more signifance now that Danny is looking down on us from the E-Street in Promised Land that we hope to aspire to.
this is right up there with 'Band On The Run' and 'Bohemian Rhapsody' and 'Do You Feel Like We Do' as one of the few dozen of true epic rock operas of all time. The outro into 'Born To Run' just floored me at the end!
Great comment. Couldn't agree more. Just when you think, "How can this get better?" he hits you with BORN TO RUN. By far one of my favorite Bruce moments and I was fortunte enough to have my elph camera running and even more fortunate to have enough disc space to get it all.
There's probably no reason to go into this but, Patti actually does play guitar and has produced some great albums on her own. There really is no need for 5 guitars, 4 is a lot, by no means overkill because they are not getting in the way of each other. Check out the Conan O'Brian version, Patti plays guitar and Soozie plays tambourine. Also, Patti was in the band years before she became Bruce's wife, so that argument has never had any validity.

Yea it has a lot of validity. She doesnt need to be on the stage. Its a disgrace. No one likes her. Why does she get her own song in a lot of the shows? Disgraceful. She's got to go.
no one likes her? says who? I'd rather have her on the stage than soozie but I don't dislike soozie either. and by looking at your -4 I get the feeling I'm not the only one who likes patti
I was there for these shows, no way I was missing it for anything. This music is prolific, timeless, and has carried me through the good and bad times endured in life and over the many miles traveled and will continue to do so. We are all tramps born to run through our Glory Days down Thunder Road.
This is also on brucespringsteen. net (well a pro-shot portion anyway). I like this one though; it's the best pit shot yet off the Magic tour, and I wanted to hear the whole song through. How much were your tickets?
I just saw Bruce last night in Cleveland! It was awesome, as always! And when he played this song I had tears in my eyes, didnt think they would play anything from "The Wild..." album. Thanks for this!
NICE SHOT OF CLARENCE, i meant to write.

I mean, I never thought Patti contributed all that much to the music, but I really found something missing when she wasn't in the europe shows.
Guess I never realised how much she's become a part of the band.
