Germs can kill you but in this case it would more likely be chemicals from the cleaning products.

@VioletS2Dream Yep. And actually, she's a whole lot more susceptible to the deadly diseases out there BECAUSE she cleans so much. If she has no exposure to even regular bacterial and viral infections, she has no immunity to them either, let alone the more dangerous germs.
