  • Why the turkish music?^^

The moves are pretty nice, where are you guys training?

  • 1:45 lol he hit his balls :D

  • hard core.

  • Witch martial arts make use of this awesome knife??? Is it kali?

  • @bobolandi

    Silat

  • @bobolandi it's a filipino knife,so maybe yeh..

  • That groin rip :(

  • you are ricki martin??

  • does anybody know the name of this song and/or instrument being used ?

  • These are reallly fuckin stylish takedowns, i must say.

  • Kusura bakma Arrab kardeşim. Kurmuş olduğun savaş sanatları sistemini internetten okudum ve Osmanlı cenk müktesebatını da dahil ettiğini gördüm. Selam ve dua ile.

  • Kolbaşının kıratı ne alaka amına koyiim?

  • fap fap fap fap fap fap fap fap fap

  • ... Gay knife fight... rape your male victim afterwards

  • Rape male victim during.

  • I'd love to see that in a Bollywood film where I dunno, Khaled the poor carpet salesman cannot be with princess Bandi he loves because of her evil sheik brother Gandu and then when they all start singing and dancing, the evil sheik Gandu starts karambitting everyone to death, end of movie.

  • What is the name of this nasheed?

  • I like that song.

  • is that a china man using a karambit?? lolol...

  • dude i would like to learn how to karambit fight. they look like really interesting knives that not too many people in the us would know how to use.

  • combat knife is better

  • the karambit is a combat knife man

  • karambit is an utility knife, used for combat

  • actually its a farming tool, but makes a good combat knife.

Billhooks, look em up. Waaaaaay cooler than nunchucks.

  • You'd be surprised at how many people do know, and are learning to use these in the US. Many kali and silat fighters are picking the use of the karambit up here.

  • A bowie knife with a indent or ring for the forefinger is still better, add in a 'sword breaker' cross guard and its a much better weapon than a karambit which to be frank is a broken finger waiting to happen if you get tackled.

  • If you aren't versed in how to properly use a karambit, yes, it can get you hurt. Don't get me wrong, I like a good Ka-Bar for a main combat knife, but for something that is readily hidden and deployed before the opponent knows it, a karambit fits the bill. There is a 'when to' and 'when not to' use any blade, whether it is a karambit, or a bowie style blade. A good sub-hilt blade does increase retention, but it still be knocked out of the hand. In a grappling situation, give me a karambit.

  • that looks like an assassin technique..

  • make him give up the gun , offend him to attack you ,make him irritated to give his position beat the mind that fires the gun .there is no excuse for the warrior even before a loaded gun .win without even fight . The Art of War Sun tzu .

  • i respect this guy for his fighting style and such, but i'd bet that a bullet between his eyes would stop him short from cuttin someone

  • Yeahh soo would an Atomic Bomb but what's your point?? If you were ever in the same room as this guy, you would look for the nearest exit!! :)

  • I understand that this guy (Hussein) is now in Sudan teaching silat to arab guerrilla fighters.

That's bad news for anyone who is going to face those people in CQC.

I don't side with the people he chooses to teach but Ustaz Hussein is a warrior.

  • do you learn from him? i'd like to know more

  • No, I got the Mubai curriculum wayyyyy back when (4 years ago or so). Highly recommended especially if you have any other kali or silat. Also look at Silat Suffian Bela Diri shock entries video if you want to know more about silat.

  • i practice silat too..it's been 5 years or so..this one is interesting..it's official under IPSI in Indonesia but i never see silat mubai branch in Indonesia

  • Mubai is from some other place.

If you are from Indonesia there is probably better stuff there. Mubai is just a fusion of silat with military combatives, basically. I think most indonesian silat would probably kill it in a 1x1 fight, it's for teaching to soldiers.

  • i see..interesting..interesting..thanks for the info friend..

  • A Karambit is simply a pruning knife that you can pick up at any gardened centre for a few pence.

No real skill is involved in waving one about or sticking someone with it, you just swing your hand erratically towards someone bonce with the Karamit and that it.

  • You got such a random Youtube name LOL Bicycle seat sniffer?!

  • Not entirely people who have a karambit must learn in what ways to swing it otherwise they could cut themselves on the wrist or other fatal areas. But the great about this particular knife is that it is easy to use, but once you learn how to use it effectively, it is near impossible to defeat.

  • Comment removed

  • this guy is lethal with that knife, wouldnt want to play with him.

  • trash

  • are you retarded or just an idiot..? I'm not sure??

  • i wouldnt want to mess with the bearded dude.

    he looks serious.

  • pencak silat is the best but i still learn many other style, especially jujutsu for ground fight

  • brutal and elegant at the same time. so many maiming cuts. the ground fighting reminds me of jiu-jitsu with a knife

  • lol! this dude with the beard teaching Silat looks like the spanish criminal dude from Shaft, u know, the same guy in those new james bond movies with daniel craig!

  • Nagyon jó. Valaki nem foglalkozik ezzel magyarországon ???

  • Cool!Malay's secret arts!!

  • cimande

  • Silat Mubai > Sayoc Kali

  • Excellent

  • esse cara sabe o q está fazendo...

  • what is with you copying this same nonsensible gibberish on every video you cant find? go get a job or something

  • the message was for rednatsyb

  • Very elegant. Nice movement and understanding of tecnique...

  • rashid,

how is silat being adapted within the mid-east muslims. how does it propagate?

silat and karambit is definitely a malay heritage. nice to see it's being adopted by mid-east brothers.

  • The Karambit always makes me think of fuedal Japan where every day tools were used as weapons. Im fascinated with the design and techniques. I hope the tradition doesnt become a Mc Dojo and retains some of spirtiual guidance as well. Im gonna order some Karambit movies and get a strike dummy set up, any reccomendations?

  • looks like ninjutsu with all the take downs

  • It looks more based on silat jumande or mande muda than anything from the Bujinkan

  • not to mention bujinkan is gay garbage where silat is the real deal

  • kali and silat, none of that ninjitsu weeaboo shit

  • Karambit work just amazes me. Deadly little knife design. It hooks up leaving much of what openhanded self defence methods teach completly useless. Who was the gentleman in the olive drab?

  • What is that curved looking blade he is using called ?

It looks effective as hell for killing as well a concealing (cough cough*) jk :P badass arts though,

  • its called a kerambit, but its spelled karambit as the title.

  • These techniques are very dangerous. A lot of people play armchair quarterback and say "that wouldn't work, come on look at this or that. It's all BS"

Anyone who pulls a knive is fully capable of killing you and should be taken seriously. This is an impressive video. Anyone who thinks otherwise should google some pictures of knive wounds. It is an ugly ugly sight. Not my particular liking, but impressive video/techniques none the less.

  • karambit ownz

  • do people realise his armed when they make these comments? HAHA his cutting nerves, tendons, and main veins. I think he more than controlling or taking advantage, his maiming and killing. And take into mind its a DEMONSTRATION. Amazing cynical people behind keyboards are born everyday.

  • Hah nonsense.

Even if some of it worked, looks like `101 Ways To Kill Someone After They Cease To Be A Threat'.

  • Yeah because everyone knows fights stop as soon as you get in a position of advantage.

  • Having their weapon hand in an arm bar is a little more than a momentary advantage. I guess he was simply giving options, though.

  • I see no arm bar, only arm control. It's not like people just give up as soon as you get a hold of them. Best to get the job done and make sure it's done, in my opinion.

  • i would watch if the musik wasnt so retardet

  • LOL AHHA it sounds like those indian music videos were da background music is so loud

  • cool!
