I have noticed most texture hack are about 90% perfect, yeah 90% by exemple if you make a Manic the hedgehog texture it could only been 90% perfect why not 100% cause part like hair(in this case)cannot been add out of the original model,right? So i wonder if it could be posssible to make "floating texture",

i mean texture that stay out of the model and float in the thin air?If it is possible to do it,for the moment it could ALMOST like a model editing hack.
