Epic battle, Zero. I loved some of the connections you used.
Especially (you used this one multiple times) the one at: 1:04
Shooting the Ki beam and zooming around him. Even without the blast, just sifting behind them so fluently is just so...epic, lol. If only you could do that in BT3...
@snapaholic1 I am very glad you liked the battle, Link. This was my original video for the Showdown with Zoso9391 (before I changed my mind and posted "Flawless") so I tried to make it as technical as I could. Using techniques such as 1:04 were definitely essential for impressing the specified audience (though most of the viewers won't know how difficult they are to pull off). BUT, I am glad you can appreciate these techniques. I wish they were possible in BT3 as well. (next)...
@snapaholic1 (continued)... I'm sure you'd have a field day with them if they were. I've noticed that both games are much more technical than most people can understand. So when I read in forums about which game is "better" in regards to gameplay, I believe the answer is simply inconclusive. Only people who play at your level will know how technical T3 can be, and only people who play at my (and zoso's) level can know how technical T2 can be. It all boils down to preference(next)...
@snapaholic1 (continued pt2)... Getting a perfect against the CPU has been easy for the longest time, so the level of competition is no longer what the game can offer, but what I can offer myself, hence the difficulty of the techniques. If I can't create a video I would consider "art", I am not satisfied. The "elite" videos are the ones I take pride in. Otherwise it's just a challenge someone issued or simply playing around for practice. Anyway, thanks for watching, Link. =)
@ZeroAnnihilated Completely agree. Many people really underestimate the advanced mechanics of these games based on the simplicity of the controls or the roster and how characters are "all the same" and stuff.
But once you get to (our) level, even the slightest movements/mind games/etc that most people won't notice are a complete joy to watch and difficult to perform. T3 & T2 are very complicated games, despite their easy learning curve.
I feel the same way about videos I upload. I (usually) go all out to make them diverse and to put my best effort into it so the audience can enjoy, and more importantly, I can enjoy the final product.
@MrSuperkidbuu lol, nothing in this video was due to luck. It took several years of practice to reach this point. This is one of my best performances. As for the audio-swap. This wasn't audio-swap. I used the song as background music. Added it through Windows Movie Maker. If it were audio-swapped, you would not be able to hear the game at all. Thanks for watching Buu. You doing alright these days?
@ZeroAnnihilated My request is Frieza 2nd Form vs Vegeta (Scouter) SSJ4 Vegeta SSJ4 Goku SSJ4 Gogeta and Omega Shenron and don't transform with Frieza 2nd Form thx
@ZeroAnnihilated My Question lol is Can you add those cool people as a friend on YouTube? and my other Question is Did you ever hear of Worms Reloaded or Worms Armageddon and I have to say there amore cool people to add as a friend on YouTube
@TFadamTalent Well, I must be honest. If someone wants to be my friend, I will most likely accept. However, I don't typically ask people to be friends unless we share a somewhat friendly conversation. Be it through comments (usually) or a dbz forum somewhere.
First, I like how the SEW Defense was in sync with the song. Second, I loved the dash cancel descend sweep at 1:35. It connected just as the opponent got to his feet. Great timing. You got lucky at 2:04, I guess that was one reason you weren't satisfied with it? The rest was simply amazing. You would have been fine submitting this.
I am training for the super 17s hell storm and the cb without getting hit i am having some troubles though but i think i will get used to them( A little)...Nice vid..i am thinking of making a video with these moves and some others!!!
@ZeroAnnihilated I only need one thing...I noticed that in the cb you kept your defense till the 2nd square..so is it kind of eazier or is just your way and you get comfortable with 2 hits...And if you dont succed in the cb is there a way to keep your defense cause here 2:02 you let gogeta hit you with 5 squares did you fail to do the cb or you wanted to get ready for the next?? ........Thats all i want to ask..
@UlqiorraSciffar20 I was trying to think about my next move, whether it be a cb or a FW Fakeout Sweep. He caught me off guard with the shield break. I recovered in time before he attacked and went with the cb. As for whether it be the second punch or not... it's more of a "when you feel it" kind of thing. That's usually how my cb performance goes. When I feel it, I press it. That's why I let SSJ4 Gogeta go through a couple combo sets in my "Flawless" video. I didn't do it until I felt it.
@ZeroAnnihilated So when you are being hit and press the cb button and fail is there a way to keep your defense..I trained it only for a couple ofminutes while luffys house before we battle but...i didint go so well i just did it one time of the thousand times...its very hard...So if i press the cb button and hold down defense would that work if i fail i mean the defense will stay or thye cb will work or not cause i am holding defense..
@UlqiorraSciffar20 You can just hold the block button without releasing it. Then press the CB motion (without releasing the block) and there you have it. If you fail and nothing happens, you will still be blocking, but since you pressed "up" for the CB you will be bloking high. Which means a sweep or lift stike without charging on that exact moment would hit you.
@UlqiorraSciffar20 ...I mean, one could simply spam the buttons and eventually get a cb, but mashing buttons takes control from your hands and encourages you to make a mistake. Personally, I believe it tends to work out if you just feel it out. You may notice that when battling and you being hit and taking damage, you "feel the timing" a lot easier. When you are focused on a perfect, you are battling nervousness.
@blackosw22 I would start with the Ground & Pound. Teleport behind the opponent and G&P them to death. When that gets comfortable, start trying to add other things. After a while, you will begin to understand exactly how the cpu works. The real funny things is, I would probably do worse against a lower difficulty setting because I have completely adapted to playing against the strongest setting. How the cpu gets up fast, how they recover or tech off the ground. Their pace of offense... etc.
@ZeroAnnihilated wait i once had a perfect on very hard mode if i remember correctly. on bt3 i used tapion who uses half the ki needed to do special attacks thanks to that items which's name i forget. i kept my space and got a perfect. this gives me an idea for a very interesting challenge "evil glare". i dare you to not press square in a match and get a perfect. I DARE YOU!
@dbzisthebest100 Yes it is. So is deflecting Ki blasts, dodging the SEW and Combo Breakers. Not to mention teleport dodging other blasts and beams or even rush attacks.
@SlyCooper92 Keep trying man, you'll get it. Hardest part is judging the distance from the opponent. Once you get comfortable with that, getting the timing is next. It's a little bit slower than the SEW Defense.
Lol! Someone disliked this video! Looks like someone's jealous! XD
