this song sounds early 90's but i know for a fact that MJ vocals is either from the last decade (2000-2009) or from the late 90's (1997-1999) because his vocals sound very mature and older and deeper.

This isn't a real album. Someone just got their hands on some unreleased and rare stuff and threw this together to make some money off MJ. Thanx for sharing this tho.' This is definitely from the late 80's/early 90's.

I am doing my research and checking facts. Announced this month, 10...10!! New albums will be released in 7 yrs time. The first will be released in November. As for this cd, it is not listed as an official cd but its contents are of MJ. So for now, this album is classified as unofficial.

The song "Serious Effect" is REAL.

BUT a cd with the name "The Lost Treasures" is BOGUS.

It doesn't exist, it's selfmade. Many FAKE cds like this are sold on ebay & Co. by people who want to cash in.

I'm not sure when it was released..I bought it for a high price years ago from a guy in the States, he said there were only a certain amount made, it wasn't released by the record companies, i think it had to be made by someone in the industry associated with Michael, that could get the tracks this cd has on it. It might have even been a fanclub actually that distributed this cd in the beginning..
