@anngel119 are you talking about the look or the products? it all depends on what products you use. i recommend using a gel liner or liquid liner rather than a pencil liner. it should last the whole day.

i never really had a problem with my makeup smearing when i've done this look

@anngel119 Uhmm...not the product because whenever I put on eyeliner, MOST of the time, it smears. So I would think it'd be my monolids smearing the makeup. Or do you think it's just the makeup....?

@anngel119 you should try loreal's lineur intense liquid liner. just apply it and then let it dry. it shouldn't smear at all. i know some softer pencil liners smear very easily when it comes to monolid eyes.

I think you have half-lids because my eyes are almost the same as yours and true monos either have such a big fold that it swallows up the makeup or don't have any.

@kagnomi my left eye has a little crease whereas my right eye is fully monolid. its a very small difference..most ppl can't even tell .lol so i just do the same makeup application on both.

You and i have the same exact type of eyes. It can be difficult at times to apply makeup. Especially when it comes to our lashes. I barely have any lashes, and my bottom lashes grow into my eye towards the inner part. So it sucks. Great tutorial though. lol... kudos to you

UGH its sooooo annoying. my mom has double eyelids and my dad has single. and for me: one eye with single eyelid and one with a double. so EVERY morning i use this glue called "eyetalk' so my sigle lid eye becomes a double. LOL

I have no crease whatsoever (and I'm Asian). But I have really big eyes for someone without the crease. My problem is, I'll close one of my lid, apply the eyeliner and whatnot to make it look pretty, then most of the make I applied disappears. I hope that makes sense...?

what you do is. make a thicker line.

but~

first start with pencil and make your line

and color it..

open your eye and see if you can still see the line you made.

then when your done. apply the liquid and keep your eyes closed so make it dry and then do the same thing.

and when your good enough at that you can stop with the pencil AND jsut go straight to the liquid. (: i hope that helps

I don't think thats necessarily true. If they want a certain look, because the beauty standard is what it is, why not? Besides, i don't think it's a total bad idea to use glue or contacts or what not if it'll make them feel better about their looks because people usually feel more confident. There are plenty of people who do the same things for similar reasons. Why put on make-up and concealers at all?
