After Yuki changed the universe in Disappearance, Emiri was appointed as Yuki's superior to keep a better eye on her.

Actually there are alot of differences. For example, their fist are in different positions. Yuki's is by her side with her palm facing her body, as Emiri's is slightly tilted upward with the palm facing away from the body. Plus, Emiri's head is tilted downward, while Yuki's is tilted up. I could go on but I'll leave you to find the rest ^_^
