1st round winner predictions: Wild Wings Ducks Habs Rangers Upsets: SENS and FLAMES. I think the sens with the right approach can upset the penguins...BIG TIME! But they need the right approach, attitude, lines and strategy. It hasnt been much fun for me this year...been ripping my hair out trying to figure out wtf happened to this team....im tired off stressing over hockey...exams, grad, my life isnt affected if the sens do or do not win.

The Calgary players just shook Trevor Linden's hand at the end of the game as a salute to him, as he is most likely retiring.

Sure would've been nice if the Canucks sent him off on a better note, perhaps a playoff series, rather than the 7-1 shit kicking from Calgary as a last regular season game.

So its all over huh?, the leafs really are blessed only with time now, they really gotta anylyze everything from this season, and figure out what went wrong, forget Montreal and Philly look at Detroit, who now has thier sixth Presidents trophy, (no one else has won the league more than twice since its creation!)and hold the longest streak of consequetive playoff appearances, the Leafs need to figure this out, how to stay on top year after year by having a combo of good youth players AND veterans

Wow, that was very classy of the Flames. I can understand how the Leafs have been so frustrated, losing most of their games, and missing the playoffs for a 3rd year in a row. That doesn't excuse their actions, but I would be feeling the same way if I was in their shoes. I hope management does some major moves in the summer, keep Kaberle, Steen, Stajan, Wellwood, Moore, Toskala, and perhaps Tucker. The rest, get rid of them. Vid was excellent as usual. Conclusions about the lack of class between LEAFS and HABS is very accurate. Asking the LEAFS to rethink about strategy and management is perfectly logical. A camel, a dog, a bear, even a fox or a hen knows more about hockey than the actual manager of the LEAFS. After 41 years in the desert, sometimes, it's usefull to have a camel to seek for an oasis in wich you can rebuild the team. The end, my friend, is the beginning of a near future for the LEAFS.

I too was disspointed with the hot-headedness of the game. And what Bryan McCabe pulled at the end there was confirmation that he's tired of this club. The summer will be one of interest in watching what happens to this team.
