I didn't. This is the exact tune on the PC version, which comes with a sound test so I can record the tune without having to play the final battle and avoid all those sound effects obstructing the music.

If you want tunes from the original Genesis version, look somewhere else, because I only play the PC version because I like its tunes better then the Genesis'.
