Later, in the technical round, Smartmatic did a switcheroo by presenting a different contract from the one it erased and blackened. This is just too much cloak and dagger for a supposedly legit company.
I saw this whole incident. Why didn't you post the entire video? I recall that in the end Comelec realized that their contract for the 2010 automation also had the same confidentiality provision. If we require confidentiality for their contract, shouldn't we also respect other countries' contracts? After all, its not your usual IT project. It's a country's election process they are talking about! I can only assume that you are rooting for a disqualified bidder. Sorry for you.
