I can at least agree with you that the FRO is not working properly, the system does have to be changed. I'm a mother trying to get support payments from a guy that's working under the table and being the jerk that is making the good dads look bad. The system doesn't neccesarily support the mothers more, I get different stories every time I call and they are being just as ignorant with me as they are you I'm sure. Good luck though!
My brother, I feel for you.The FRO and all family courts are the most corrupt in the world. We have to unite and put them where they belong "out of work"! They claim to have the power to rape you of your rights and treat you like a slave...this is totally UNLAWFUL.
Hey Buddy i hear ya. The exact same thing is happening to me, but i do not live under a bridge fortunately, not yet anyways. They are always taking to much money off me and i have to fight to get my overpayment back. I have to support to the mother of my child and my daughter does not even live with her.
everytime i call there i get mislead lied to or hung up on
