@limababiix12 I was working out about 5 days a wk with a personal trainer, for about a month. Then I took it from there. He helped me with a lot of leg exercises and one in particular helped out a lot. So I looked for a vid through youtube and I found one of the calf exercise that I'm in love with!I'll send it to your comment box or inbox!
