  • We somalis and Hararis are brothers and the people are from one stream of origin and we have along history of brotherhood and gesture of friendship dates back during Adal period Viva somali and harari

  • kuma-kuma(1000 and 1000 years) we all proud to Harar city wish another 1000 years with peace and love.long live Harar and friends of Harari nations.well done artist Adib.keep up!! the good work!

  • God i love this song im not even harari i sing it and idk what it even talks about :/ HARARI KUMAMA

  • nicenice

  • aman

  • Adere People the actual people of Harar came from Somalia a long time ago so yes we are definitely related to each other.

  • These people are dressed like Somali for really, but i know their not Somali but its interstin to see people that look like you and at the same time dress like you wow.

  • i am Somali, and i love my Muslim Ethiopian brothers and sisters, and i say Peace to those of who are not muslim. I love and listen to Ethiopian music and i love Harari music. Once upton a time we where one nation.

  • Allah waa yoomadiin

  • The ladies look like any other somali lady,, man are u sure arent somalis,,kkkkkk am just joking am know u arent somalis, but i think taht somalis and hareri ppl are relatives??? what do u think,,

  • @anisa2028 U r right we have a very long connection together.

  • @anisa2028 When you consider Harar is a very short distance to Somalia, then most likely they are basically the same people. When the Colonials divided up the African countries, they didn't do it based on tribe or ethnic affiliation, so country lines can go right through one tribe with a common language, culture, and ancestry.

  • THIS PPL BELONG TO SOMALIA, HARAR BELONGS TO PUNTLAND :)

  • @udugland

No we don't, as we are gey-usu, people of the city, Harar. We are not Somalia-usu, people of Somalia.

I love my Somali brothers and sisters too!

  • Also what is the name of the artisit and official name of this song...I think it's a great song and would like to know where to get the track if anyone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated!

  • What does harari kumaa maa mean...anyone able to give the jist of this song?

  • Ok so 2 things lolol...!!!! What language is this first off? I know 5 languages fluently being hebrew english german russian and arabic and I'm getting some words in Arabic but thats about it what language is this in? Secondly. Why do the girls look like a weight loss comercial like a before in progress and after type of thing. And also why is the DownTown Toronto CN Tower in the video I'm from Torotno and I don't quite see what sheep and goats have to do with the CN Tower...??? LOL ??? :-D!!!!!

  • @MasTArrrRR Thats 3 things not 2 things loool. Well first of all the language is called "Harari" and it's a language found in Ethiopia, Africa. The singer is based in Toronto so you see the tower and the singer is singing about his homeland, so the mix up. The girls and guys are trying their best to dance the traditional dance but not so convincing. But unfortunately I don't know what he is saying. Not entirely any way.

  • it is 3 you're right :( lol!

  • this is a small ethnic group in ethiopia called the harari people or "geyusu" literally translated to people of the city. There are approximately 20-25k of us around the world and they are performing traditional dances

Harari's are the only ethnic group being entirely muslim and have a lot of origin of their language and culture from the arab language and culture.

Hararis mainly live in toronto, dc, atlanta, and dallas outside of ethiopia.

It is a semetic language like arabic and amharic

  • Thank you to both of you for responding greatly appreciated!

  • @MasTArrrRR The skinny girls is absolutely gorgous

  • Herarians are good ppl but Amhara is worst clan in East Africa and its like one of EU colonies

  • hararis are somalian arbs

  • viva for ever i love harari people they are my people

  • hararis are somalian arabs

  • how are they somali arabs? they consider themselves ethiopians and they seem pretty east african to me, not arab.

  • no they are not, i am harari and will tell you that myself. We are ethiopian and have a lot of mix with arabs and to a lesser extent turks.

  • Haderes are some of the most beautiful ppl.

  • not bad. the music and the lyrics and the lead singer everything is alright. just move a little. girls come on......shake what u r mama gave u. shake it

  • I was in Harar last time about 2 years ago, I don't see any development. I am wondering wht the heck is going on??? The leaders should do something for the people there. They are very beautiful people.

  • samira1046 no need for hate on this page... ones who bring hate and negativity towards others are not content with themselves.. pls check urself and make ur use of your time rather than hating.. from a PROUD HARARI!!

  • you must be fucking retarded ..you guys just change the harar to hahari and you call ur self yemens again.. what lost ppl harar is the land of oromo you guys are refuge's from gojame. go back to ur desert

  • @samira1046 U CAPTIVATED BY NEGATIVITY What eva u post here u just show ur stinky mind listen we hararis' that show civilization to oromo pll ..oromos they plow our land bring back the out put. Harari the most respected pll wz great hospitality. hararis is emblem of love fo d' whole nation...long life to ma beautiful people. Raise up hararis.

  • harari pple just look like Somali even the way they dress i don't know why''''''''''' i went to harar before but i'm from somaliland

  • ooh tough lady over the internet, my dads mom is from the oromo region and his dad from ogaden not from harar making him half, please dont make this a big deal, we are all ethiopian habeshas so no vulgar language is necessary, so come on

  • the land might be an oromo land (even though im not sure about that), but that does not make them oromos

  • i never ment to say we are the same as amarahs or tigris, but we also are not related to oromos exepct for the fact we live in the same country, im also 1/4 oromo 1/4 somali and 2/4 harari so i do know what im talking about lol

  • what are hararis i mean they dress like somalians and they say they ethiopians

  • its nothing like somalis, hararis are people of harar a region in ethiopia and are 100% muslim, our own language and culture aside from amarahs oromos tigris whatever but we dont forget that we are ethiopian :)

  • We harari pple, still love our somali brothers and sisters. we will forgive your ignorance, yes, yes, yes, we are proud ethiopians.

  • @YagereLij Ye especially now cuz u guyz r running things from supporting dat midget lol anywaz gotta give it up to mah aderez cuz even tho u guys r such a small group by number u guys still have a lot of impact 'n definitely hold ur spot in OUR COUNTRY ETHIOPIA! nice song btw :)

  • @Qu3enz No, you are wrong, we don't support him, it is like a RAT race, live with it or else..........>>>>

  • hararis are hararis nothing like Somalis. Hararis culture and the way they dress is more like Yemeni's culture which makes sense cuz during the Axumite Kingdom the muslims came to Axum present day Ethiopia, the Ethiopian Christians were very welcoming as allways.time passed and the muslims went south west of Ethiopia and it was said that the Axumites said our brothers "Hadirom" which means they left and never came back and that's how they got the name Hareri.i read this on a harari website

  • what are you talkin bout?? they dont dress anythin like somalis and even if they did it doesnt erase their ethiopian identity. we amhara, tigray, gurage, harari, and even oromo are all ONE. we have the same religions culture and traditions.

  • @nimi4jennah2001 you're clearly unaware of our history.

  • @nimi4jennah2001 didn't u forget somalis in y'r list? 1/3 of Eithiopia is populated by Somalis. and Somali language is 3th language of Eithiopia. they are too proud Eithiopers.

  • @joogto Bro we Proud of Being ethiopian somalis and you can see what's going on my region like the prevailing peace and development

  • @nimi4jennah2001

lol even oromo?? please do not say oromo is ethiopia, because we are not..

  • @oromialand haha, i understand you man, but don't you see? Ethiopia belongs to you!! And others like us who have not (historically) been given the chance we deserve. I don't mean to start an argument though, just another way to look at things...

  • i am harari by my mother's side, very nice culture.
