  • lyrics produced by a mastermind! Beautiful.

  • SO ANNON .CO IS STILL A FUVKING RACIE

  • I showed this to my father [Brian. I know, poetically, that's a shame.], and he already had the album, but had not placed the song! It's a shame they had to tame their 60's jazziness down to make it fit the theme, but it did fit perfectly. Also, I'd like to say that I've never kicked BIshop Brennan up the arse.

  • The way I feel now I could convert gays!

  • Is this song actually any good?

That would be an ecumenical matter.

  • @jimbobjimminy

There's fuck all wrong with the sax. I read your comment and feared the worst. It's hardly noticeable.

  • @liccleterror You're not serious right? Or am I just bad at reading internet sarcasm?

  • @liccleterror

Have you ever heard of a show made about 15 years ago called "Father Ted"? It was about Irish priests, most people associated with it were Irish, but the basic structure of the show was (surreal) British sitcom and it was made for British TV. You may find a few allusions to and quotations about that show in these comments, as this song was the original theme song, written for the show.

    Better still, go to: watch?v=jzYzVMcgWhg

  • @anonUK Taking credit from the Irish are we? The only thing British about Father Ted was that Channel 4 broadcast the show. Irish writers, and for most part, Irish actors.

  • @NovaMobster

The ghost of Geoffrey Perkins, the British producer who more or less planned out the show, chose the theme tune, the setting and encouraged the writers to actually write it, might disagree with you there. Still, don't let me stop you hating the damn Brits.

  • @liccleterror the bit at the end... /watch?v=jzYzVMcgWhg

  • @jimbobjimminy Remember----The only bad sax is no sax.

  • @philkapune no need to justify sir, Its actually a pleasure learning for one, a lifetime hobbie, and I am a music lover so the depth is actually welcome..!!!!
