DO you have any source of this? Plasma Stealth needs a quite big generator to produce and the visible entrails of the plasma streaming off the plane isn't so stealthy..and again plasma stealth blocks radar,so that means the planes radar will be blocked and useless too.

Plus if u may not know Plasma stealth needs a generator large and powerful enough to produce it making it difficult to fit onto jets.
