I'd say he was pissed about something we didn't see happen in this clip. 7 was probably rattleing his cage for a few laps knowin he'd fuck up, and he did. That would really piss ya off, when you go and spin it while preoccupied with that guy beatin yer bumper. Best thing to do is bring it off low and slow and let him by so you can beat the shit out of his bumper. If he gets away he was faster anyway, and that's racing.
