A judge cannot charge or change a charge on anyone. Only a prosecutor may charge a "person". There is no "public" land. All land outside of your own private holding is "private". There is no government therefore there is no public land. You must not fall under the gov/co's jurisdiction from the beginning of any attempted proceeding in their courts. You must maintain sovereignty as first remedy. When you demonstrate/state/show the person charged is not YOU it all crashes to a halt.
