I've come full circle. First heard Crue in 83-84ish. Even bought a Shout at the Devil jersey from the back of a metal magazine that fit my 10yr old skinny little ass like a dress. Not long after that I discovered Metallica, then Slayer, then hardcore, punk. Here I am almost 30 yrs later and I'm back to Crue again. Its been a wild ride. Get your asses down to a club and support your local music. Buy your sons and daughters that guitar they want for Christmas.

As someone who was born living through the 80's... I have to say that all of you kids saying stupid shit like "I WISH I WUZZ BORN IN DA 80s" need to shut the fuck up already. Be glad that you can listen to music from any decade on Youtube via the internet. Back then, you had to go out and buy the vinyl or cassette instead of having it so easily accessible like today. Kids these days have EVERYTHING easier, yet they still bitch and whine. Shut up, and enjoy the music.

it's not a matter of having an easier access to music but to be at the time when a certain kind of music/cult is born. of course we are now having it much easier than people 30 years ago to hear almost every song we want to and of course it is hardly possble to imagine how it would be if youtube/etc. disapeared. but listening to music that was created decades ago is not the same as watching bands growing. back then metal/rock was something different than just some kind of music

hey the crue started it all at the whiskey on the sunset strip in cali. ironically enuf whiskey was one of the many things that messed the band up. i consider this there best very best album of them all with hits like live wire, this song, merry go round and so on a raw edgy sound and banshee vocals cemented the band forever in the mtv [back when they played music]
