1 bad game. The whole offense was bad and yet we only lost by 6 points. That being said, if you're gonna base 1 game from the trade, you're a bigger idiot than I thought. Every good QB has a really bad game. Even when Brett Favre was in his prime, he had a horrible game throwing 6 INT with a good Packer team. Bears lost to a good Packer team. Denver barely won against a bad Bangels team. At the end of the season, the true results will show.

Wow, jay connected to those "shitty receivers" pretty well last night. I'd say the line held up amazing to one of the top pass rushing Defenses in the league. Looks like all those "weapons" in Denver was the only reason Cutler succeeded...NOT!!! The question is will an A+ QB (culter) remain so with a C- offense (Bears)... Or will Orton a B+ QB be improved by an A+ offense w/ the broncos. And yes the truth is man-for-man across the board the Denver offense is superior. Yes, you have forte but he couldn't lift your 24th ranked running game. BTW Denver's was 12th going 7 backs into the rotation!

Well, I'm not a Bears fan, so it's not MY 24th ranked running game. But yeah, Cutler should go down a little bit & Orton should go up a little bit. By the same token, the Bears offense as a whole should go up a little while Denver's goes down a bit, especially if McDaniels proves to be inferior to Shanahan. Also,how good are guys like Royal & Marshall & how much of them looking good was Cutler's doing? Finally, the Bears O needs work but at least now they have their QB set for years.

The debate is whether Cutler made the receivers or vice versa. My opinion, and I watched every game with them is that Royal is a superior rout runner who flat out gets open. I think he will compliment any decent QB. Marshall and Cutler were compliments...Marshall caught passes that Cutler shouldn't have thrown and he saved his bacon. Likewise, Marshall was able to get more balls because of Cutler's tight window. But Bears receivers not near the Broncos.

Sry dude but IMO Kyle Orton wasn't that frikking great. he got those wins from the defense in 05' which honestly...his performance made me want to vomit. Griese was washed up and well...Rex just couldn't get his head straight (blames the other Bears fans and media). With Jay Cutler as our QB now we get a fresh start. Urlacher is going to be 31 this year, which isn't really old. Briggs is only 27 and is the best OLB in the NFL. They have at least 2-3 more good years. Urlacher is known as a "freak" and will be fine. The Bears staff is great at finding young defensive talent and grooming them. Sorry the Broncos can't do that.
