I liked this video because it amazes me to see how strong he took the pain. He wasn't that OK cause after this "incident" he had serious back problems.And he did go to the hospital. He didn't continued the show because his team told him what to do.No way.

Despite it all he put on an awesome show..and did so when I saw him during the HIStory tour in Honolulu, HI in 1996. A true Performer..and legend..this is a great clip..and I never would have guess that he was even fazed...RIP

Once during one concert the GENERATOR broke down and it left them without light and POWER and automatically without MICROPHONES. It did also scare me when I read that he collapsed backstage and I already knew he was taken to a hospital after he performed "You Are Not Alone" & I also seen how he was barely but strongly moving. I just knew right at that moment, God gave him the strength the finish the show but I was mentioning that I hope it wasn't anything more serious than a back pain

Acting? no way. I don't think that the bridge was supposed to fall. Also after the bridge collapsed you can see Michael looking back towards the stage with a face like saying: "Guys what the hell?What happened?Why the bridge collapsed? Are you trying to kill me?"
Also you can see a member of his team with a black t-shirt running off stage to see what happened.

Despite it all he put on an awesome show..and did so when I saw him during the HIStory tour in Honolulu, HI in 1996. A true Performer..and legend..this is a great clip..and I never would have guess that he was even fazed...RIP

You obviously don't know Michael. As an artist he was a perfectionist and would have preferred to pass out on stage than to ruin the concert and disappoint his fans. But he collapsed after the show was over and he was rushed over to the hospital.

He wasn't knocked off his feet because he had his hands around that bridge bar. The bridge collapsed but he was still holding tight.
Realizing that the bridge is going to collapse he probably put all his power in to his feet to avoid being knocked off his feet. Michael is not that weak.We are talking about a men who has been dancing, doing sport ( dancing is also a form of sport) since the age of 5.
But he hurt his back and this accident had consequences like back pain.

The fact that he kept performing says so much about him. In the closeup after the crash, you could see on his face that he was scared and hurt, but he just jumped back onto the stage and continued performing. That's what he was- a true performer who will be very dearly missed.

Yep. You know the only ones besides Michael who are indeed performing and singing even when they are sick, or they have a broken leg are the BACKSTREET BOYS. Once during one concert the GENERATOR broke down and it left them without light and POWER and automatically without MICROPHONES. And instead of canceling the concert they kept on singing on LOUDSPEAKERS since they didn't had mics to sing. So cute...
