I've seen this actually but not the first part lol it was a pretty good movie though some I couldn't understand ( my mom had rented it and well Ia'm not chinese..-.- but alteast I had a good idea of wat it ment XD )
the guy didnt kill the camel. and he stabbed the camel to get blood from it. the blood helped the fainted guy wake up. in the desert u dont have water so u use camel blood.
