Also, the atomic bomb and the Soviets steamrolling through Manchuria and Korea were a double-blow that forced Japan to surrender, saving Japanese lives as well as Allied ones.
IMO, Though greatly overrated... (and very destructive), the only other reason I liked having one of these in my fleet... was because the voice over was just too funny; it was too perfect for that unit xD.

I play as Juhziz, Kwai, normal USA, Air Force, or Fai. However, in my opinion, I think the best generals if used right are Qassad and Juhziz.
China has the nuke wich gives great bonus for firepower and self propeled nuke gun is also great bonus for firepower and gatling tank and overlord give them flexybilitiy because overlord can heal units while gatling tank takes out bombers of any kind because he uses bulets!MiGs with black napalm can create firestorm wich could burn hundreds of INFANTRY units.(usa has bombers for tanks and building while migs are for infantry)
If by "improvement" you mean "4 migs can actually take out some buildings" then yes. Black Napalm is worth it on the chinese side in general, even if helixes and flame tanks kinda suck, the inferno cannons and migs make up for it in spades.

I love playing skirmish, capturing a Chinese base with the USA and then putting pathfinders + rocket troopers into Overlords with bunkers. It makes Overlords good againt anything, especially infantery.
There was this scene where the GLA bombed the legendary ironic Forbidden Imperial Palace in Beijing. Massive unhappiness stirred and the game was banned as a result.
Evil yes. But they also come off as kinds cool, to me anyway. Like in the original game where they said they will "Crush the GLA like insects". Sounds to me that they know how to actually win a war, with no mercy. I love China in this game.
Well, USA wants domination, China wants domination, GLA wants liberation. Sounds clear to me lol. Sure, they are are not a national military, but hey, in reality USA are the bad guys in Iraq along with the insurgents, so...
The GLA focuses way more on just trying to cause destruction then liberating, and they come off as complete dunces thinking they can take on the two strongest countries in the world.
This game depicts China as stronger then Russia, and either way, it is very stupid to fuck with China, but not as stupid as it is to fire a nuke at someone that has more nukes then you (which is part of why I say the GLA is composed of shitheads).
The Russians are not even depicted in the game lol. In reality, the Chinese are bat shit scared of Russia and the only consolation is that they are allies, but the Chinese govt. wouldn't mind a conflict with USA. It's not a stupid thing to fuck with China if you have the weapons to clear out all enemy vehicles and then any number of infantry as Russia does. It's just the Russians are not aggressive lol, and China is their friend anyways.
China is described as the world's other superpower, that sounds in this game they are stronger then Russia. And the GLA is stupid. In real life, the wouldn't survive past the Chinese campaign. They'd fewer tanks, in addition to them being weaker (black market can't provide half the tanks Chinese industry can), most everything else they have would only work in a computer game (suicide bombers and angry mobs would shredded by machine gun and tanks).
And to top it off, they have no airforce. They also though it was smart to fire a nuke at America. Those dumbasses didn't consider they very likely situation that America and China would use that as an excuse to nuke them (didn't happen, but still).
GLA is the worst faction in the series. They are based on a group that mostly attacks defenseless civilians and uses guerrilla tactics to survive, the latter of which only works when on the defensive.

On the game, have USA, China and GLA.... Usa and China are allies, but, in level 5 of GLA, some desertors of GLA, join o China, and USA (on real life) can broke alliance with China.... im not saying that happens, but in other games like BF2, have MEC (Middle Eastern Coallition), same thing of GLA, USA and China... but USA and China are enemies!

@PerpetualDelusion dude games tend to become real i know this kid from school he's iraqi and he plays this game too but he only plays as the GLA Even in the Zero Hour Generals Chalenge he plays as Juhziz, Dr Thrax or Prince Kassad. When He makes maps he made one that looks exactly like new york City and also he made two identical SkyScrapers sitting next to each other like the WTC and when he plays he goes crazy he always steals the USA Airfield and Collides the Planes in to the towers.crazy kid

I play as Juhziz, Kwai, normal USA, Air Force, or Fai. However, in my opinion, I think the best generals if used right are Qassad and Juhziz.

China has the nuke wich gives great bonus for firepower and self propeled nuke gun is also great bonus for firepower and gatling tank and overlord give them flexybilitiy because overlord can heal units while gatling tank takes out bombers of any kind because he uses bulets!MiGs with black napalm can create firestorm wich could burn hundreds of INFANTRY units.(usa has bombers for tanks and building while migs are for infantry)

If by "improvement" you mean "4 migs can actually take out some buildings" then yes. Black Napalm is worth it on the chinese side in general, even if helixes and flame tanks kinda suck, the inferno cannons and migs make up for it in spades.

I think the game was made to kinda pass some messages like these...sort of showing the superiority of the united states, the power from china which though not as great as the US, is still mighty, and how the GLA are shit...the US army has every single thing possible in the game: powerful planes, tanks, infantry, snipers, best general habilities, best base defenses and best upgrades. even though i love the game, i must admit it's full of these unseen messages of US superiority and shit...

Well Auroras can take damage, its actually gatling cannons and GLA Quad Cannons that usually do it.
But really Auroras require coordination to be the most effective, not that that is hard.

I love playing skirmish, capturing a Chinese base with the USA and then putting pathfinders + rocket troopers into Overlords with bunkers. It makes Overlords good againt anything, especially infantery.

Evil yes. But they also come off as kinds cool, to me anyway. Like in the original game where they said they will "Crush the GLA like insects". Sounds to me that they know how to actually win a war, with no mercy. I love China in this game.

This game depicts China as stronger then Russia, and either way, it is very stupid to fuck with China, but not as stupid as it is to fire a nuke at someone that has more nukes then you (which is part of why I say the GLA is composed of shitheads).

The Russians are not even depicted in the game lol. In reality, the Chinese are bat shit scared of Russia and the only consolation is that they are allies, but the Chinese govt. wouldn't mind a conflict with USA. It's not a stupid thing to fuck with China if you have the weapons to clear out all enemy vehicles and then any number of infantry as Russia does. It's just the Russians are not aggressive lol, and China is their friend anyways.
GLA is brave haha. They kick ass.

China is described as the world's other superpower, that sounds in this game they are stronger then Russia. And the GLA is stupid. In real life, the wouldn't survive past the Chinese campaign. They'd fewer tanks, in addition to them being weaker (black market can't provide half the tanks Chinese industry can), most everything else they have would only work in a computer game (suicide bombers and angry mobs would shredded by machine gun and tanks).

And to top it off, they have no airforce. They also though it was smart to fire a nuke at America. Those dumbasses didn't consider they very likely situation that America and China would use that as an excuse to nuke them (didn't happen, but still).
GLA is the worst faction in the series. They are based on a group that mostly attacks defenseless civilians and uses guerrilla tactics to survive, the latter of which only works when on the defensive.
