I think the Eagles should start picking their cheerleaders like the DCC. You have the preliminaries (closed event), then camp (also a closed event) where they can work on the girls strengths and weaknesses and let go who can't make the cut, without the distraction of friends and family applauding like crazy, which (whether you want to believe it or not) hinders the judges decisions. It's like watching a Miss Philadelphia Pagent.

@ninja13b That's what they do. There are 3 rounds before they make it to this point, then this is the last step, they take like 30 girls from this and that's the final squad.

@lavakava they dont dress slutty!!! ok! thts just work out clothes you know sports bra and shorts! running clothes. they are mandatory in some try outs to wear so stunts and dances will be easier to do and your more confortable:P
