IMO Lulu WANTS this secret to come out she just doesn't want to be the one to spill the beans. So of course she wants Jason to talk to someone about it... I'm even thinking she knew exactly what she was doing telling him to talk to Carly. Lulu knows how Carly feels about Liz and also IMO knows that Carly would blow this secret sky high...
